that's good...but always sucks when a rookie misses games. Every game is important to them but better safe then sorry

Hopefully we finally will be able to see him return a kick unless all the kicks end up being touchbacks again.

Well he has a rapport with Tom now and has been pretty good. Gonna need him in the playoffs, so maybe having a lighter workload will keep him fresh for the playoffs.

That was hilarious. All season people were saying "why doesn't Belichick have Boyce return kicks", then he does and every kick was either deep in the endzone or out of the endzone.

i agree. I just think that rookie WRs need as much time with their QBs as any position. He has been very productive with brady though

Yep. This could be a blessing in disguise. I would want KT and AD getting reps, but not burned out. Because when we face tougher D's trying to eliminate gronk and with our rb position in question, these wr's will need to help out. Amendola and Edelman will get it done, but if KT and AD can be consistent producers, it will help a lot. Boyce would be gravy.

The dude is pretty fast in a straight line. I would like to see him run a streak and for Brady to air it out to him.

I am pleased with the progress of Thompkins and Dobson this season. Both were thrown in at the deep end at the start of the season with our decimated offense. They both appear to have learned a lot from the early season struggles and I can't help but be excited for their roles next season. But with Dobson now out, it's time to see what young Boyce can do and hopefully he'll get his chance today.
