I can't be the only one that's okay with the refs not deciding the game?

No you're not, Felger and Mazz are with you, not good company to keep. What they don't get and you're not getting tis the refs DID decide the game, they let a defender commit a blatant foul not allowing Gronk to make a play and didn't apply the correct call thus deciding the game.
I don't get that argument, if they didn't call penalties in the last minute why wouldn't defenders just mug the receivers so they can't make a play on the ball.

Neither do you.

Find me 5 instances in which the refs called pass interference on game ending hail marys.

That wasn't a hail mary, you're not making a whole lot of sense, you sound exactly like Felger, are you Felger?

"game ending"
It's under the same circumstance a hail mary is traditionally under.

There's a reason HM are not thrown every down.

Hardly a hailmary my friend!

What's funny is that my BIL who is a huge dolphin fan texted me once during the game, and it was to say, "That holding should have been on Olsen!" He wanted to see the Pats lose, but even he can recognize when the refs suck!

When people were whining about how bad the replacements were, I kept saying the regulars were just as bad, they just didn't have every bad call blown out of proportion.

What pisses me off the most is how the refs just slither off the field because the game is over. At any other moment of the game they give an explanation to each of the coaches and usually an explanation to the fans at home as well. But here there was nothing. :bricks:

Dude, you are 100%. There was no difference between the two groups. I feel in baseball, they always try to do the right thing. In basketball, they set the tone and stay consistent. The NFL is a crap shoot.

All you need to ask yourself is that if it was the jets player bearhugged would the flag have been eaten.

Having said all that, the refs did call PI on Luke Keuchly against the Bills in ther dying seconds of their game in Week 2. Maybe the refs didn't want lightning to strike twice!

So he's a repeat offender :D

Football Outsiders guy tweeted this pic from 2010, same situation and it wasn't called

That ball is severely underthrown. Not the same thing to me

lol @you thinking this was our super bowl. Like your team is that important. You have to prove yourself just like the other 31 teams.

there's that bloated sense of entitlement again.

Keep crying.

Your defense was a great disappointment. Brady had no trouble picking Carolina apart. They let the Pats drive all the way down the field in less than a minute. And the Pats offense had decent success running the ball. Carolina's D hasn't faced good enough competition so enjoy your season but don't think your defense is anything great.
