 No! i was hoping he would replace the always injured Amendola, i really wanted to see him make a comeback..oh well.Best of luck in the remainder of his career, if there is a remainder.

You want Austin Collie to replace the "always injured Amendola"? Austin Collie? But...he...:confused2:

Thanks for the clutch grabs against N.O.

This. That's probably an L without Collie. He was more than worth the signing for that alone.

Shame that he couldn't stay healthy and progress in the offense.

lol i thought he would last longer, he came through against the Saints, i guess i wanted to see him play more. He was awesome with Manning. But Alas, his condition is a lot worse than i imagined.

Me too. You can never have enough injury-prone white receivers on your roster.

I doubt you're a racist but that still bugs me. As if being caucasian makes a receiver more injury-prone than being black. I'm sure there are plenty of injured black receivers throughout the league, you just don't notice because they're in the majority.

Well " The Prisoner" has made it over halfway through the season sans injury, a record for him.

Of course he is a 'White Hispanic".

Using the same methodology, doesn't that make Barry Soetoro a "White African"?

I wonder if this was a stipulation as part of his signing, that they could release him rather than put him on IR if he were injured.
I was thinking the saame exact thing.

I also think that unless his injury is serious, he'll be back once he's healthy.

I was surprised that he made an impact as quickly as he did, even if it was just a handful of catches.

Thompkins will be active now or maybe Boyce. :)

His knee cost him - should be ready to go come June - he may be back.

Bummer that Collie got injured. Hopefully we'll see him again. He was dang well clutch against the Saints that's for sure.

Always injured?? You sure you want to say that. Talib is always injured. Amendola has finished 2 NFL seasons, talib hasn't. Amendola may have had some injuries, but its the game today. You can't possibly expect a player to go every day through each season not having a injury. The question lies in, can he play through it or will it stop him from playing some games. Heck, Brady is "injured". I bet you can't find a NFL starter that won't suffer an "injury" in a season.

Did he only become a white hispanic when he went on trial?

I will always love him for that one catch against the Saints.
