It's easy, and only takes a few moments.I have to agree with the previous poster......people still watch South Park? I guess if you find 5th grade potty humor funny........but those guys are far from comic genius, IMHO.
To the contrary, they're superb social satirists. Every episode is a commentary on topical issues of political or social significance -- Obamacare, racism, gun control, celebrity excesses, etc., etc. Of course, you need to be aware of what's going on in the world to pick up on that.
At least they rip on both sides. As much as I love family guy I hate how biased they are. And South Park is hilarious, I dunno how people are ripping on these guys. Someone even mention Tosh.o, which in it's own right is pretty funny, but not even in the same galaxy as South Park.
People's tastes run the gamut. I love South Park, always amazed by its subtle depth. Never cared at all for Family Guy.
This is what happens when a literalist can't conceive satire. You scare me, son.By "nihilism", I mean they think everything in the world exists to be bullied in animated form--using kids as a subject no less. The fact that the show has been on so long and that so many people think it's funny and brilliant speaks volumes about how much most people probably don't give a s*** about much of anything and how contemptuous people are of childhood in general. Yeah, everyone gets the rub. Anyone, no matter political ideology, race, color, etc. Yeah, I know. I get it. Anyone who takes themselves or anything seriously is a hypocritical self-important blowhard who deserves to be taken down. And anyone who calls them out on it has no sense of humor, is overly sensitive, politically correct, etc, etc. etc. The whole show, really, is just a 15+ year attempt to cash in on the "political correctness" poutrage that has been going on for, oh I don't know, 15 years or so. That was so 14 years ago. So, Yeah, I think they're bullies. I called them that. So sue me. They contribute to the ugliness of the world and make millions doing that and I'm supposed to kiss their *** for doing that? Hell, no!! And I've enjoyed edgy comedy and I can curse like a sailor when I'm riled up, so I'm not a prude or a Mormon or a monk or anything. If SP were just an irrelevant footnote to pop culture I wouldn't care, but the fact that so many normally nice, caring people can watch this excrement and find it funny and not feel sick is just beyond me.
Christ some of you are self-important *****.
I don't like Jeff Dunham or the Big Bang Theory .
This makes you a bad person
BRB, writing a multi-page thesis on the genesis of comedy and rigid outlines for what constitutes 'funny'
Well, they may not have murdered anyone (as far as I know), but the fact that they have made millions off pure nihilism and mean-spiritedness if what I hate.

Perhaps my initial reaction was way over hyperbolic...I know...it's just how I automatically react whenever I see the names Trey Parker and Matt Stone or hear the name South Park.
Oh, they're Broncos fans, too? One more reason to intensly dislike them. They could be the biggest Pats fans in the world and I'd still think the same way about them.
In my opinion, of course.
They should be Jets fans.
