Drops are again killing us.

Brady is missing to many open guys... BTW Brady is the guy I would take in any meaningful game. The problem is the wussy defensive no pressure scheme. If we keep playing it the prevent defense with no pressure Ryan will take the check downs and kill us.
WE GET ZERO PRESSURE

Looked like it was Gregory's coverage and he was late on it and then took a bad angle.

Gregory looked to be playing farther off the line. Hightower was supposed to stay with Gonzo off the ball. Looked like he bit on something (I am not sure they ran play action on that play). Gregory looked to see Gonzalez free and rushed over to cover him.

Are you serious?

I'd agree with the assessment. No hyperbolic "he's looking old" stuff or anything, but there were several obvious miscues on Brady's part.

Double TOny G now and see what julio does...have to now...

Disappointing end to that half but all things considered we're in good shape here. Tied despite being outgained considerably and them getting the ball first. Got to do something with the opening drive and grab the momentum back, hopefully chew up some clock too.

This game is reminding me of that 2008 game we almost won at Indy. Good defense and careful somewhat spineless offense from the Pats

In sorry, but the old Patriots don't kneel it down there. Gutless kneel down

The FO let all of the RELIABLE weapons on offense walk out the door. One of the highly paid Tightends that this offense was built around is in jail and the other is still too injured to play. And the big free agent WR they signed is now injured as well. Now they have a bunch of rookies out there that they obviously don't trust, hence the gutless kneel down.

Eli Manning Dunkin Donuts commercials? Are you kidding me?

It's a matter of points, not yards.

i agree...just thought this secondary was better..but they are playing tony g, jones and white so i will give them a pass this week

Is Gonzalez really gonna retire? He isn't playing like Favre in his late years. He's playing incredible.

It's 10-10 at halftime on the road against a team almost ALL of you picked as a LOSS in the season pickems thread....why are you complaining??? You PICKED THEM TO LOSE!

I'll take tied at the half all day long in this place...the Falcons are 34-5 at home the past 4 years...

The miscommunication and assignment designation was on Hightower. The crappy angle and flag football attempt at a tackle was on Gregory.

Pretty succinct observation, agreed

When he's on the field, damn near unstoppable. That's elite.

An elite player does zero good on the bench. He may turn out to be the GOAT at his position. But right now? Comparing him to a first ballot hall of famer that is famous for being the most durable great player of his generation not named Favre seems bizarre while Gronk is on the bench.

I hope Bolden can find his way back into the game, that drive with basically all runs was awesome to watch.

Thats what we do every game. Double 88 , stop the run, and we have a pretty good record vs the dirty birds

Hopefully the falcons implode in the 2nd half.

There were 2 drops in the game. One by Dobson and One by Thompkins. That being said, the one by Dobson may not actually count as a drop because he actually had his face mask grabbed and yanked by the defender, though it wasn't called. That same official, though, is the one that called the facemask on Hightower (which was legit).

To say that the drops were on Brady is just stupid. They weren't. Thompkins should have had the one he dropped. It hit his hands. Just glad he made up for it later with that catch off of Moore's shoulder pads.

Hope that Wilfork is ok..

Need to get Boyce out there more. Whether it be on kick-offs or on passing plays.. Need him out there.
