AmendOla already missing a game
Vereen is out for at least four weeks
Ridley is in the dog house
Offensive line looked overmatched
Dobson Boyce and Thompkins haven't shown anything real

Thankfully the defense finally looks GOOD but Brady is once again asked to carry the team. I said this two months ago and got chewed out for it but it still looks like the same story. Brady manages to carry us to the playoffs but then the burden is too much and we lose in the playoffs.

Pats lose to the broncos 20-27

we have won 1 of 1 games so far.

And suddenly the worst offense ever because 1 wr is hurt and 1 rb is hurt.

END OF TIMEEEEEEES

people need to chill out. its been ONE GAME!

I missed something. Are we playing Denver this week.

If we are within 7 points of the Broncos now, we will surely be better when when the items you mention are no longer applicable.

--Pats are about to be off to a 2-0 start.

--Ridley will be back with a vengeance on Thursday

--Gronk will be back soon

--Amendola will be back and lead the NFL in receptions

And Edelman is becoming a star.

Some disaster

Talk about threads that didn't need to be made.

We had no business winning that game and you know it.

The bills were missing their two best secondary players and have a mediocre defense to begin with.

We have one reliable target and he's a career #2 wr who has never been able to stay healthy.

Maybe catastrophe is an exaggeration but the playoffs bit is completely true as is the fact Brady has practically no help on offense.

I just sold my tix to Thursday game now....1-15 here we come

It's all on the rookies and Gronk's return bro. If they mature by week 10, we'll be alright. And this will be a very different team.

But IF they don't and IF we don't sign anyone else, then I have to agree with you.

One of them at least better turn into something for us. Too early to say that nothing will amount from those guys though. Way too early. I mean come on, there are vets who can't learn this offense in a year. It's going to take some time. That's for sure. But it might not take as long as a vet re-learning a new offense. At least they are being brought up in this system. So they might actually get it quicker.

Yeah, because our well-oiled machine of an offense that breaks records does us so much good come playoff time.

Some adversity is good for this team, especially the offense. It's time for players to learn how to contribute. The Patriots have been relying on a two or three headed monster at the TE/WR positions for years now, with very little room for role players. The problem is, when they get into the postseason, teams know that to beat the Pats, you need to shut down 2-3 players and make them panic. It's good to see Brady forced to dig deeper here and start to trust players that he wouldn't normally trust- simply because he needs to.

No business??? How did they not earn the victory? That last drive didnt count? The Bills weren't trying?

This thread is a catastrophe.

The Pats should have won that game by two scores or more. The Pats won by two points and the Bills scored seven off a force fumble on Ridley where no Bills defender was even close to touching him which a Bills' defender picked it up and ran it into the endzone. And then there was the Wendell to Brady botched snap on the one inch line where the Pats might have scored seven rather than fumbling it away. That is a 21 point swing right there.

If you truly believe the Pats had no business winning the game on Sunday, you didn't watch the game. The Pats' own mistakes kept the Bills in the game and it should have been a blow out even as bad as the Pats played at times.

Since we are all in complete exaggerating/panic mode around here I would like to note Edelman is on pace for about 1200 yards and 32 TDs.

I'm a huge edelman supporter but star? Really?

At his best he is a high quality #2

Maybe my post was on the negative side of things but yours is a mile deep in the overly optimistic

It doesn't look pretty right now by any stretch of the imagination, I'll give you that. But not only are you going off the deep end on this one, you're going off it in a school bus that's engulfed in flames.

Making playoff predictions on Sept 10 is like picking the powerball number.

I agree Brady is shooting blanks right now.

That might be the best comment I've ever read. Also, Peyton Manning will throw for 112 TDs and 0 INTs. The Lions will go 16-0. The Packers will go 0-16.

If it were not the bills there is no way we come back to win in the fourth.

We blew that game and got bailed out at the end. Even with all
The bailouts we still barely won.
