Actually Schmessy gave me a 3 day or so time out during Rex Ryan"s first year for gloating over a nice win. I accept I deserved it.

That's kind of weird: a person saying he's grown to love another person's pet he's never met. I told him about this and he explained to me that it makes perfect sense, because most Jets fans live in fantasy land and have many unrequited make-believe relationships.

Yeah JI is probably less ban-happy about rival fans than here. There's a touch more vitriol over there towards rival fans than here but I'm guessing that has to do with the banning thing, since JI deals with more obnoxious rival fans than we do.

Seems like it will take quite a while to carve out a niche as a 'not here to antagonize you' poster. Plus there's just more activity over there it's hard to carve out a niche in general, so I think a lot of my posts just get ignored.

I have no where to go with this I just like talking about posting and myself.

Well, from what I've seen, "good trolls" like Gunnails (and pherein, pao, jcdavey, etc.) who can be civil and actually communicate actual ideas more sophisticated than gloating over Brady's ACL tear are more than welcome.

Good trolldom aside, though, the JEST do suck.

Yes, it is SERIOUSLY weird.

I mean, you live in a leaky shack making a living stealing hubcaps, you've got a face like the north end of a southbound camel and your personal hygiene is non-existent, your wife is mistaken for Terence Cody in broad daylight and she's cheating on you with your seventeen-year-old neighbour -- it would be understandable that you'd spend every minute you could spewing venom and insane blather with your fellow mouth-breathing mutants. But when someone who can, apparently, do joined-up writing and simple arithmetic chooses to be part of a group of psychopathic morons, that is, as you say, weird. It's like descending to the seventh pit of hell and find that they're playing bridge and doing macrame.

If it wasn't for that silly penalty that should have never been called the Jets would be on their way to 0-2 and winning the Clowneybowl. They'll still win the Clowneybowl anyway and Rex Ryan will be fired by week 9.
