Anyone who would wear an Ahern jersey to Foxboro is either:

A) insensitive
B) looking to start controversy
C) never watches tv, uses the internet, listens to radio, or reads newspapers

But it's not a crime, just tacky.

You forgot one:

D) Just someone who has a Patriots jersey and wants to wear it.

And there's nothing tacky or insensitive about it.

I think THIS guy bought a hundred Hernandez jerseys at the Jersey Modell's this week....

Yeah, I guess I could agree with that, because it's hard to gauge intent.

I am POSITIVE an Aaron Hernandez jersey will fall into an item deemed "inappropriate by stadium management", and is not allowed to be worn there...

If you want to wear an Aaron Hernandez jersey by all means do it, but doing it in Foxboro makes the team and the brand look bad and Security have every right to make you take it off or throw you out of Gillette if you won't.

I gotta disagree with you strongly there. Prohibiting fans from wearing a jersey they bought to support and promote the team would be a huge slap in the face. It would be like punishing somebody else for your own mistake, too. Fans may have paid more than $130 for that jersey, or whatever. It's still a Patriots jersey, and it will always be such.

Nobody can pretend that Hernandez wasn't a New England Patriot for three years. Believe it or not, there are still people out there that love and support him. There are still others that believe he's not guilty until he is convicted. Other people probably just like the shirt. If the Patriots SOLD a fan a jersey and then kicks him out of the stadium for wearing it...does that seem right to you?

It's Batman, isn't it?

Yeah, it's Batman.

They could, but I don't think it's worth the time to check the jersey of every person with an 81 jersey (hello, Randy Moss fans).
Guess I better leave my Russ Francis jersey in the closet for a while...

I think what might happen is during the 1st game or 2, when it is still warm out and not jackets needed. The Pats might see how many AHern jersey still being worn and might do the same offer again.

eBay has released the following picture of the vigilante...

I heard that Hernandez's Jersey is going for big bucks on Ebay since the Pats removed his jersey from their website.

Well, we will have to wait and see. Maybe Kraft will announce the fact that no AHERN jerseys will be allowed, before any games start. He did offer to exchange them for free and it is his house and any AHERN jerseys would cause a problem.
