Explosive New Hernandez Details

On the news they had someone who worked at the industrial place and they said their coworker heard shot/s. She didn't say what time though.

One thing the cops are likely doing is checking out reports like this trying to find wits who heard what and when. Maybe even saw a particular vehicle drive by.

We can take solace in that so far not one person saw a guy in a #81 Pats jersey!

Those two would work too :)

Craptastic situ all the way around...was a rough night for Mrs.Drewski....Ahern is her favorite player (for both football and non football reasons :D )

Yea - I really like Aaron, as well, as a football player and it is safe to say that the Patriots were pretty confident that he was going to be a long-term part of this team when they gave him his contract last year.

Not for nothing - just let your wife know that if all he did was attempt to destroy evidence that this thing is not over for him. He can cooperate if that is all he did.

Spoliation of evidence while it could be detrimental to a case and could lead to the same top line count as whomever murdered Mr. Lloyd is normally utilized to get someone to cooperate which is what I am hoping for.

If this is all he did - he will get a suspension from the league and a stern talking to by the Krafts and their attorneys' with an amended contract because they will not put up with this ****.

Good lord, You just proved how uninformed you are. I don't have to tell myself that. That is what would have happened. You blast people for speaking about what they don't know. Hey POT meet Kettle. SMDH

Having a murdering, lying gangsta thug as a franchise icon...how proud you must be.

a resident poster says that's NOT where the body was found (an industrial park) That's the town landfill/recycling center

It was a landfill, but not anymore. The recycling center is there. The body was found on the dirt lot abutting Dietsch Blvd and Landry ave.

Access to that dirt lot off Landry is easy and inconspicious. Going that route puts it a whole lot closer to Hernandez's house which is on the street off Homeward going to Landry.

Based on all that I've read and seeing some of the pictures of where they were searching where the body was found, my guess is the actual scene of the crime is where the Red arrow is:

That is correct.

So isn't it strange that the Ravens fans are espousing the "wait for the facts" philosophy, while quite a few alleged Pats fans already have Hernandez off the team and in prison, and are speculating on how the cap savings should be spent.

Ironic, ain't it?

The only vultures I see on this thread are Pats fans (or so they claim). BTW, Ray Lewis isn't a felon. Just more wishful thinking on your part. Kind of vulture-like, I'd say.

Just like OJ Simpson isn't a felon either, right?

So it is the lot with the red arrow pointing to it in post 1445.

ADD - Nevermind, just saw you confirm above.

More false reports by the "media". This is my shocked face.

Do reporters have any reason left to substantiate what they report as fact? Or are we as a society so stupid and short minded that they feel we will forget any all BS "reported" by them?

I know the feeling. I just bought my girlfriend an AHern Jersey and she was really upset. We just gotta wait and see how this turns out I guess.

i should have added the sarcasm smilie

And I should have been able to recognize obvious sarcasm. I think my sarcasm detector is broken after the last two days. My bad :p

Absolutely...if there was anything I learned coming out of Newtown and the Marathon it is the modern media is concerned with being first nowadays and not necessarily right (I fell "victim" to them during the Marathon bombing).

Like the old saying goes 'You teach people how to treat you.'

The media throws everything it can against the wall, spins it however is the most titillating or fits in with the story they're trying to imply and whatever doesn't stick, doesn't stick. As long as they are careful and are just 'reporting sources' and the like and they rarely face truly negative ramifications for their actions.

Because we're all news junkies. We like to read this ****, we like to argue about it, facts be damned. And we keep giving them our business no matter how wrong they are proved to be time and time again since the 24 hour news cycle started.

"Even if Hernandez is cleared, or the NFL season starts before he is tried and convicted of anything, the league could very well suspend him for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy and without a quick and total exoneration, there are precedents indicating that such a suspension is not only possible, but likely."

...given the apparent proximity, I don't believe there is much if anything AH can say that would make me feel he deserves to continue to be part of the patriots.....but then again, the pats have become completely corrupt since the days of Christian Peter

That is completely unfair to those in the current FO, who had Zero to do with drafting Christian Peter.

That article is as bad as ABC News and their reporting.

No doubt. I grew up in the South Coast and from my perspective, I would have said Fall River and New Bedford for something like this would not have been out of the ordinary as well.

Or they could've just driven him back home to Blue Hill Avenue.

It sucks that Odin lost his life and I can't imagine what his family must be going through. But what is with this love affair with describing him as a semi-pro football player?
