Adrian Wilson looks like he's signed and delivered.. I expect the pass rushers will be next. Patience...

legit....about time

Lots of action today! Wilson is a guy I like, but the folks here calling out his coverage skills have managed to temper my enthusiasm.

Rodney Harrison the 2nd? :)

Hard hitting safety....check.

Hell ******* Yeah.

Has it passed the Erika test?

Sanders and Talib after this and I am good........

BOOOOOM

Btw, "signed with the New England"? :D

WOOOOOOOO

for those Naysayers........ BB does know what he is doing ......

I like this. Take a seat gregory

Has it passed the Erika test?

No, somehow this one got past her. This guy seems to believe it's true.

Per @mikejurecki, veteran safety Adrian Wilson has reached a contract agreement with the Patriots.

Hopefully this means Patricia is ready to blitz a lot more, because there's no reason to sign Wilson if you don't plan on running a lot of safety blitzes.

I like the signing since he does potentially fill a need, he was always a great leader in Arizona with a good attitude, and I'm guessing it's a cheap deal.

Well, let's see what they paid for him. I'm not delighted about his pass coverage skills -- I watch him play a lot and he seemed slow by a step last year. But the Cardinals were a pretty down in the dumps franchise after Kolb got creamed, so let's see what he can do.

The one place you love having a guy like this is in the playoffs when it gets nasty and there's pushing and shoving and jawing. He won't back down from anyone. He has a severe nasty streak. I guess I worry a bit about culture shock. He's a one-team guy, from a pretty crappy franchise. Maybe that's a good thing -- maybe he has a rebirth when he sees the way things work in Foxboro.

He wanted to retire a Cardinal, and they let him go over $2.5 million. Now he's a Patriot, and maybe that's more than he expected and he'll play his butt off. I hope they didn't overspend.

Hope we can get a couple good seasons out of him. Still think we should take a safety high in the draft, but I like this alot. Now get Talib and Abraham done, backup corner and coverage LB (who we may already have with GLass IR and Fletcher but still wouldn't be too tough to find), and this D is all but set.

Today's events are causing me to have a warm, tingling feeling on the inside of my groin. Freeney ain't leaving Foxboro without a contract, either!

Talib
Dennard
Arrington
Wilson
McCourty

It would be our best secondary since 2007, please sign Talib soon!

Has it passed the Erika test?

Now she is sounding like Incarcerated Bob.

Adrian Wilson is HUGE win for the #Patriots. Vet strong safety, inexpensive... still working to get details.
