Quick question - how much salary does someone need to make at their job before that translates into football savvy?

Is $250k a year the minimum? I'm only hauling in $230k a year as a professional sex doer to women with my enormous penis. Do I need to earn another 20k before I get the automatic 'NFL prognostication' upgrade?

I just think people should use things properly and a lot of people use this board in a manner that it was not designed. Others don't do that it's just disappointing grown men and women cannot interact without putting each other down as a first interaction. And then parents wonder why we have bullying in schools when this the crap that adults do in forums. It's actually sad when you really think about. A world filled with people going around looking for ways to point out others mistakes and flaws to feel better about ones own self.

You should go take a visit to JetsInsider and tell me this board is being misused. No matter what forum you go to there's going to be some haters and trollers who misuse the board. PatsFans is one of the better forums that I've been a part of. The mods do a good job around here keeping a good amount of the trolls away. I'd say it's one of the better football forums around, and Ian does a good job running it.

Your month of posts regarding football speak for itself. We can easily judge you analysis and judgement.

However, this statement seem a bit strange, even for you. How could you possibly know much about the design and purpose of this board?

I agree Ian does a great job here. He can't control everyone it's just frustrating when you write something and its always those same people who rather point out what's wrong than offer their own opinion.

But yes this is a great board overall I just need to ignore certain ppl and not let them get under my skin.

I agree. It's wasn't appropriate I regret saying it now. I should of let it roll off my shoulders but my anger sometimes get the best of me

Right. Look at one of those same people, AndyJohnson. Notice he never lets anyone get under his skin?? You take these people's critisism too seriously. If they disagree with you- fine. Move on, it's not that big of a deal. Once in a while you'll post something, and the whole board may disagree with you. It's your opinion, you're entitled to it, but don't force it on people.

Elite might be a stretch, but New England needs play-makers on defense. If one or all three of them can reach that level in time, more power to them. I hope it happens... Except, I can't help but to feel pause anytime we're discussing Alfonzo Dennard next season. But it doesn't sound as if the league will impose a suspension. Regardless, New England needs him to remain as one of their starting corner backs moving forward.

Jones must be the main one to emerge and make a name for himself in the league. Initially, I actually believed that he could be a serious candidate to win the Defensive Rookie Of The Year. However, I was disappointed that he really tailed off... But I understand that he'd dealt with ankle injuries this season, so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. Apparently, he doesn't need off-season surgery, just rest.
