I've been seeing from multiple place that Jim Harbaugh refused to do a post game interview with CBS. Wondering if Shannon Sharpe blasted him? I went and finished off all the beer at the party I was at after 49ers failed on 4th down.

Not only that but blamed the refs. I'm sure he'll get a pass, they all do except for our guy,

Shannon Sharpe - what a terribly-assigned last name in this case - has an IQ inferior to my shoe size. And I'm only a size 7.

So who gives a rat's behind what the man says? He's a blowhard who is all ego and has no business being on TV if quality analysis is what is sought after.

I wouldn't know, I can never really understand a word he's saying...

The funny thing this is the second year in a row where Harbaugh refused to talk to the network reporter after losing in the playoffs (he blew off Fox last year in the NFCCG) and there wasn't a single mention about it either time. With Belichick, it is like he started a bonfire of live babies on the 50 yard line.

Someone asked Sharpe about this on Twitter. His response:

"That was 2 wks ago.#moveon"

Can't argue with sound reasoning like that

No, of course not. Don't be silly. His name isn't "Bill Belichick", so there's nothing to see here, folks. Move along.

:bricks:

he did do one

That was the required postgame news conference. BB did that too, but was blasted for not talking to the network in addition to the required postgame news conference.

I think I saw his respond to someone on Twitter with "Let it go."

Ok Shannon. It's a huge deal when a coach doesn't do a post-game interview after an AFCCG but a different coach refuses to do one after the Super Bowl and we should "let it go"? The double standard is ridiculous.

Another thing is absolutely NO ONE in sports media is talking about this but when Belichick refused it was headline material.

What a joke.

One more thought on this: CBS and Tasker knew that Belichick wasn't going to do an on-field interview before the AFCCG. The topic had been discussed in a production meeting in the days prior to the game. They agreed on some players who would be interviewed instead of Belichick.

There's probably a good chance Harbaugh told the network the same thing prior to the SB, but why should that stop Sharpe (and Esiason) from blasting him? I'd like to think that Sharpe learned something in the last two weeks, but that's not likely.

I don't understand the unintelligible grunt language Sharpe speaks. What an absolute embarrassment it is to have him as a network analyst.

The media are like hyenas. They like to pick on soft targets. Harbaugh is no soft target - he would have pushed back real hard.

What did Sharpe say now?! Oh Yeah that's right I couldn't understand him with his ballz in his mouth.

With Belichick, it is like he started a bonfire of live babies on the 50 yard line.

Did he do that again this year too?? He wasn't even in the game! Talk about ungracious.

The next time that Sharpe has something even remotely close to being negative about anybody in either the Ravens or Broncos organization, it will be the first time. Fans of other teams accuse former Patriots of being homers, yet Sharpe gets a pass for his obvious bias.
