Remember last year when T Suggs said that the Ravens do not need Tim Tebow , something along the lines of "We do not need a player who prays on the sideline...". I wonder what he has to say about Ray lewis's constant preaching on and off the field

its always about the cheating/murdering ray lewis and always has been..if he wins the SB..you know he will go to center of field...lay down a pray to god they don't find him guilty of taking banned substances...F that loser

Then he will talk to reported about how god is grateful. Grateful for letting him off with murder and using PEDs

Couple questions to you all.

1. What is the EVIDENCE you have that Ray Lewis himself actually murdered the two in Atlanta? Not, "where's the bloody suit"? Not, "because he's Ray Lewis" The actual evidence. If you read the court reports, the limo driver said that the other two guys Lewis was with said "I stabbed mine" and "I stabbed mine too" Not Lewis. Now, was he completely innocent in the whole thing? No. Did he make good decisions by helping the other two try to cover up the deaths? No. But can you honestly tell me where you derive the fact that most of you on this board are conviced of that Ray Lewis himself is the one that stabbed the two guys who died that night? Once again, not saying he wasn't there, wasn't involved, or doesn't know what happened. But do you have facts that convince you those two died specifically at his hand?

As for why he paid the two families.... because he's the only one who had the money. Why do people sue big companies? Because that is where the money is. Between a guy who has about 82 cents to his name and a guy who has millions, who do you go after? I'm sure there has to be at least one lawyer who is on this board..... And there was some guilt on Lewis's part there. For sure. But I have yet to ever see anything that was convincing that pointed specifically to him as the murderer.

2. Do you all honestly think that there are NO Patriots taking PEDs? Inlcuding some of the starters?

My personal issue with this is the fact that a religious belief is being justified by the media. What Ray's done is no different than what Rodney did. Rodney was crucified. I'll exonerate Ray when he admits it like Rodney was forced to by the league. I don't see it happening. He should be suspended for this game, and it should stick.

Lewis was with friends who got into an altercation and one of them stabbed a guy who died from the injuries.

Grantland recently talked about how by Georgia law, he's just as guilty as his friends of murder in this situation. By your own logic, the two guys didn't murder the vics, the knives did (knives purchased the day before by Ray Ray, I might add).

If the guy weren't a famous football player, he'd be in prison right now, there's no doubt about it. People can make all the excuses they want for him. Stop the nonsense. I'm tired of grown men making excuses for another grown man because he gives good pep-talks and dances on the field. It's embarrassing.

Not sure I can agree with Heath Evans on this. I heard a researcher on the radio say there is a substantial amount of the active element in HGH in deer antler spray. He seemed to think that it's a kind of growth hormone.

The media does not seem to understand how the public hates and despises Ray Lewis. He is the worst thing to happen to football in decades; a killer and a thug has been lionized by the media while the general public watches it appalled and disgusted. There seems to be this code is silence in the media not to discuss his past but the public knows what he did. There is a disconnect between what the media wants us to believe about this criminal and what we have observed

I live in NJ. Most fans here who are into pro football and not Ravens fans or Ravens haters seem to get that Ray Lewis is a bad guy.

That the media doesn't get it or deal with it is pathetic.

I can't be the only one that searched for deer antler spray on amazon shortly after this emerged.

I woke up one day and had antlers on my lower unit...I thought somebody sprayed that crap on me...then I realized they were a gift from my ex-Hawaiian GF, Kamon Iwanalaya...

Are you sure it wasn't from your Chinese girlfriend Tung Hung Lo?

What does this even mean? Do you mean that the DA for Atlanta--a city which has absolutely no ties to Lewis--gave him special treatment because he is a pro athlete, even though doing so damaged his own career greatly?? If so, you don't understand the mentality or MO of a state prosecutor.

Or are you saying that, if he couldn't afford quality legal counsel, he would've gone down for murder? NOw, this might actually be true. But nobody cries when these white collar criminals have fancy lawyers that get them off major jail time. Apparently, people only have a problem when black guys have fancy lawyers that can give them adequate representation.

Right. Like nobody has complained that John Corzine got away with "losing" over a billion dollars. :(
