Broncos: Easiest path to the #1 seed ever?

Before today I was haven't posted here for like 2 days, so ya, I think that counts as having "stopped posting."

And besides, not sure what my posting frequency has to do with wanting to talk football.

And you have won 11 games, that's gonna end alot sooner than ours, nfl isn't easy to win in and yours will come to a end soon, I mean soon.

Lets talk football then

Do you really think Den has a chance to reach the superbowl?
Yes, I do think they have more than a chance to reach the Superbowl, and may be the favorites out of the AFC. Many NFL analysts agree with me, there are just as much if not more experts picking the Broncos than the Patriots to get there.

Fact is, they are an average team pretending to be contenders. They are only average because Manning is above average, but in the playoffs, history PROVES he falls to below average.
No, that's actually your opinion. How do you deduce that they are an average team? A 13-3 record (better than yours)? Only team with Total Offense and Total Defense ranking in the top 5 of the league? Beating our soft schedule like we were supposed to as opposed to New England losing to creampuffs like Arizona?

We'll see about being a pretender or contender in about a week and a half. But you trying to paint them as "average" while providing zero evidence is simply laughable.

Manning is in a completely new environment. New coaches, new players, new place, new team. His "playoff choker" reputation was much more relevant when he was still with the Colts where many of the pieces stayed the same year to year. In Denver it's a new ballgame.

2012 AFC championship game? They will be lucky to buy tickets to watch the Pats beat which ever team is lucky enough to get that far.
Now you're just sounding like a homer.

...Do some research or at least think before you post so you don't embarass yourself some more.

The part of his post that you quoted wasn't redundant. No trolling on your part will change that. I'm sorry that you're not bright enough to figure that out, but that's your problem. Now, you can either move on to other troll/non-troll topics and I'll keep posting back for now, or you can post on this one again and I'll put you on ignore. It's your choice. I'm not going to keep posting about something that demonstrates your inability to understand the meaning of the word redundant. The irony of that is a bit much.

hahaha I just wanted to point out that you naming trolls like Marshall Faulk and Michael Irvin and calling them "experts" to back up to your opinion isn't changing anyone's mind.

Sports shows are literally a group of trolls who have met before hand to take up different sides and argue for X amount of time. In fact "experts" picking the Broncos gives me even more confidence that we'll beat you guys if you even get to the AFCCG

Arizona was a lifetime ago. I've seen and heard many Broncos fans attempt to downplay our win against you by saying "we've improved." And I'm not gonna argue about that, because you have. But we've improved by miles as well since the Cardinals game...hell, even since the Broncos game. Our current #1 corner wasn't even on the team when we faced the Cardinals or Broncos.

And guess what? Last year, the Pats lost to a "creampuff" team too in the Bills early on in the season. And we were still one or two plays away from winning the Super Bowl.

I provided evidence. You provide... "I'm sorry that you're not bright enough." You clearly can't accept the fact that you were wrong and I bet it hurts you inside that you got owned by a "troll."

Again, zero evidence to back up your theory. Not only do I understand the word redundant more than you do, your embarrassing lack of knowledge of what the term "One and done" means just kills your argument that much more.

Go ahead, put me on ignore. Shows that you lost the argument and can't even come up with any semblance of a response other than "you're a troll." You lack the intelligence to even have a good football conversation with anyway, you're worth absolutely zero of my time from this point on. Good riddance.

@Broncos Fan above, I refuse to type out your troll name.

The only redundant thing going on in this thread is you trolling/trying to make going one and done 7 times in the playoffs appear to be less of a bad thing

Clearly keyboard warriors like yourself are more credible than people who have actually played the game, been coaches in the league, or have been GMs.

Next.

Clearly you are naive to think fired coaches/GMs and former players bare their hearts out on TV, give actual opinions, and do not follow scripts to some extent.

I'll trust my eyes and the analysis of those on this site over the same players, coaches, and GMs you cite that fawn over Mannings season yet make no mention of Brady when their stats are identical with Brady winning head to head and having a harder schedule. The Broncos are the media darling and the networks are sick of the Patriots, why would these people pick the Patriots even if they know they are the favorite?

Bye bye troll. You were the most pathetic of a bad lot. Your inability to understand what redundant means is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen a troll hang his hat on.

One and done 7 times is bad, no doubt. I'm not really refuting that. What I'm on about is referring to the fact that the statement I quoted was redundant and that trying to pound that idea through Deus Irae's thick skull was just an exercise in futility.

It's like the death knell of someone who's losing an arguement. Ignore the rest of it and just harp on one point over and over again.

LOL there are at least 5 or 6 threads on the patriots on the broncos board:

Broncos Football

honestly, the broncos fans say that they are not afraid of the patriots but then they obsess over us.

Lol okay so now it's that they are told by networks to say things. News flash bro, people fawn over Brady just as much as Manning. You gotta remind me exactly when Manning became the hero and Brady the super-villain, for some reason I don't remember this happening.

You trust the analysis of super-mega-obviously biased fans of your team over players, coaches and GMs who have decades of NFL experience and are paid to do this for a living? Oh man, thanks for the laugh.

Where's this ignored argument you're referring to? If you knew how to read you'd see that I provided the evidence to said argument and all he had was "You're dumb" and "you're a troll."

The death knell of someone losing an argument is putting them on ignore after getting completely obliterated.

What is rich is Broncos fans running their mouth about cheating. That is downright ignorant to their own history.

Pot meet Kettle....and Elway and TD say hi. :bricks:

Alright, looks like I misread the earlier arguments. I apologize, disregard my previous post.

But I'd like to ask, how did an argument about football devolve into arguing over whether or not something is redundant?

And really, insulting my ability to read? You said yourself that personal insults are the true sign of losing an arguement. Go back a few pages, it's right there, at the top of the page.

Yeah except we're not really arguing about anything so it's just that, an insult. I apoligize as well, I was still in attack mode after putting away another Pat fan.

At least you had the guts to admit you were wrong, much more noble than Deus Irae going into the fetal position and waiving the proverbial white flag
