Green Bay D can't stop anyone!

OT: I love that Play60 commercial with Cam Newton and the kid.....

Packers don't have much of a running game, and not much of a defense. Not a great formula for post-season success.

Crennel put the book out on shutting down their offense in 2011, the Giants followed suit, and the rest of the NFL took notice.

Crowd was rocking for that FG and again on the kickoff.

"Catch them when they're hurt or having an off day" isn't much of a book.

I forgot though that the packs are missing matthews and woodson on defense..

No it's not. And they would have won a few more games with guys like Jennings, Matthews, and Woodson in there. But there is a book. It involves the ability to consistently re-route Green Bay's receivers to throw off timing, practicing good gap integrity, generating a pass rush with four to five rushers, and disguising well. Also doesn't hurt to able to sustain methodical drives to keep Rodgers off the field.

And the Lions show they're still the Lions.

Lions are very talented at figuring out ways to lose games.

Makes me wonder if rodgers has more of an MVP case than manning (maybe even brady) since he has had so many injuries and has won a good amount of games. Too bad packers got jobbed on the seahawks game as well

Larry Fitzgerald's dad thinks the Cardinals have quit:

That's one difference from the team the Pats played earlier this season. 9 game losing streaks will do that to teams. Players spitting at each other on the field. Ugly. A suspect he's right - turnovers or not, there's too much talent on that defense to give up 58 points, and Seattle is no offensive juggernaut.

I really wish Fitzgerald would get traded. He shouldn't have to waste his prime years in that crater a la Barry Sanders.

I watched "Barry Sanders: A Football Life" last night, and it really gave a good sense how much it took out of the guy to put his body through the ringer year after year, and then have to deal with a rebuilding team.

that was an amazing throw by rodgers. Too bad cobb couldn't hold on to it

That silly championship belt move by Rodgers made more sense when they were defending SB champs now it's just that much sillier.
