McDaniels isn't coaching soft and vanilla D schemes.

Our offense put our D in a bad spot twice and only surrendered 14 points.

Out defense has gotten TO twice for our offense and put them in good position and our O came away with no points.

Are you really trying to tell me that this is on our defense? Get the f$&k out of here.

Brady has killed defenses the past few years when he's in a shotgun in a hurry up offense. Are you trying to tell me the offense this year has looked good in McD's new scheme?

That's just stupid.....1 TO left,Buffalo has 3 and we get the ball to start the 2nd half:bricks:

no, i disagree

that is called playing scared, we had two fumbles in that area when we were simply running normal offense, you never know when that will happen

why not take a shot downfield? a bomb? maybe PI will happen?

Stop using logic and reasoning. This board is incapable of thinking that way. The sky is falling. 1-15. Bench brady for Mallet, etc. etc. etc.

Pats are playing awful and are within a TD. BB is going to give them an earful at half time. They will be fine.

I bet you were clinging to Bledsoe too when he was 35 years old !

The way things have gone the past 3 years for this team I would be more concerned if we were in Buffalo's position. That may not make sense but it makes sense to me, and thanks to the Pats, I am drunk already.

Because buffalo had 3 friggin' timeouts.....THINK!:bricks:

There was less than a minute left...the defense was playing fine.

If Brady threw a deep pass, say to the Bills 30 it would leave the Bills with a long field to score.

It was worth the risk

McDaniels play calling leaves much to be desired

LOL at making excuses for poor play.....

Bills havent driven the length of the field to score any points. Not saying they cant but they havent. Pats have only themselves to blame on offense with a combination moving away from the running game on short yardage and fumbles and missed FG's

On their second TD, they pretty much drove the lenght of the field (drive started on their own 32).

I tell you what. This game is kind of like the game against them last year, the change of momentum is huge in both direction.
Watch us stop them and bad things happening to them in the second half.

Damn this season is loaded with trap games!!!!!!!!

How about a set of plays in the first drive? None of which were reproduced after, even though the bills did not appear to come even close to making a stop.

play calling and execution combined to create this suck

Let's try this again....

Lloyd didn't come up with a back throw on 3rd down. Later, he let a 3rd down throw go right through his hands. In between, he made a lousy set up on a come back route.

That's 3 plays right there that would have kept the offense moving. Gronk fumbled after making a first down.

Blaming the OC for this is either amazingly stupid or trolling.

I actually miss O'Brien, despite the questionable playcalling the offense didn't play scared.

I can't believe that I am saying this....but you may be right. I was NOT a big Fan of MCD when he was here. His inability to make ANY adjustments during the 2007 SB after the first half, still brings back BAD memories.....;) I was not crazy when they brought him back....but then he brought some creativity to the playoffs last year (At least I gave him credit for some of the plays that I hadn't seen the pats use all year until he came there) and I was hopeful going into this season. Now I am not sure about the guy. He was really pretty phenomenal in 2007 even though he had so many weapons, the best QB in the game, and a great OL (Barring the SB) to deal with.......lets hope he gets his sh%t together and they get rolling!!!!

OK scratch that, it turns out BB moved on from Bledsoe when he was 30 and Bledsoe was retired from the NFL when he was Brady's age ( 35).

LOL, throw to who? And how many deep passes have we made this season for you to think we can just get up and do this with less than a minute?
LOL

Well it's only a 1 score game despite the Pats miscues.

We get the ball to start the second half, I like it.

Yep. Offense needs to wipe any moping off their faces, and go in and play like they're meant to win. "D" is coming through enough to keep us in.

I (unfortunately) expect a 3-n-out to start the 3rd quarter, and the flames will be fanned. But the Bills will peter out if NE doesn't hand the ball over to them every time.

If NE goes out with a workman-like attitude, and just Do Their Jobs, they'll win this.

With the current level of execution and only one time out, I would take a knee......getting the ball to start the 2nd half.

Belichick has been awful at second half adjustments. I hate to use injuries as an excuse, all teams have had injuries, but injuries to the O-line and TE's are hurting this team big time. Also, hate to say it, but maybe cutting all those WR's is hurting the team. And, let's face it, maybe our Pats just aren't a good team. 2 sacks and 2 Ints, and we have nothing to show for it.

Of course you are man.....YOU'RE IRISH!!!! WHHOOOOO!!!! PS....I'm getting pretty well liquored myself......hell you have to be to watch this team right now!!!! GO IRISH DRUNK GUYS/GALS.....and GO PATS!!!!!

I'd rather have seen a pick six than watch them tuck their tail between their legs.

That just reeked of arrogance and entitlement. The pats aren't above trying hard to overcome a deficit.

Wow. Just wow. I'm glad you aren't coaching the team.

I have no problem with them cutting their losses for the half and regrouping.

So injuries to the offensive line is the reason for poor play calling, missed FGs and fumbles?
