Aaron Rodgers is no Tom Brady

Rodgers is stinking it up at Lambeau. Just threw a pick to put the 49ers back in the game. Can we end all the talk about Rodgers being as good as or better than Brady? No chance. He's good, but he's no Tom Brady.

So how do you rationalize the 2006 AFC Championship game in your head?

Everyone has bad games. Goodness.

If you are going to be clueless...atleast omit the deragutory remarks.

TB played poorly in the AFCCG. The "elite" Ravens defense had about zero input on it. Standard Brady play and that game was a blowout.

The reality actually is the Patriots dominated all other aspects of the game.

If any team wins the turnover battle by +2 and loses......they are in near hopeless territory.

Ummm, there wasn't "standard Brady play" in part because of the D he was facing. And Flacco was facing one of the softer D's in the league. Flacco may have outplayed Brady that day, but it is not as simple as that. Flacco's task that day was not nearly as difficult.

You apparently disagree that the Ravens had anything to do with Brady not having his standard day. So my different opinion is clueless? Really? Believing that a top D played a part in Brady having an off day is clueless. Gotcha.

I'll try to stay away from derogatory comments while being clueless in the future. But I maintain that Rodgers' title belt celebration is overly happy, perhaps even flamboyant.

Ahhh, no.....

Brady badly ovethrew both Gronk and AHern that cost TD's in the first half and both int's were bad decisions.

A hint this is like actually true might be the fact that TB spent the post game celebration talking about hoe poorly he played.

If you can't figure that out....Dingleberry is actually complimentary.

We get it. We are Pats fans, and we love Tom Brady, but crying out loud that doesn't mean that every other quarterback has to suck.

Aaron Rodgers can still be great even while Tom Brady is being Tom Brady.

Seems like snap judgement to crap all over Rodgers one game into a season that followed a Super Bowl winning season and a 15-1 season.

Brady, Manning, and Rodgers are the three best quarterbacks of this era. Rodgers will continue to prove time and time again that he's a unique talent with virtually no weakness. Anyone who thinks Brees, E Manning, or Roethlisberger should be mentioned in the same sentence needs to have their head examined.

After watching Sunday Night's game, I'm forced to admit that everything they've said about Peyton is true. I certainly can't say Manning is better than Brady based on their entire careers and bodies of work, but I'm not sure I can say Brady is better than Manning, either. Eric Decker? Jacob Tammie? Come on. Manning is frickin' ridiculous.

I'm going off-topic here, I realize, but I also noticed that after nine seasons, Big Ben still does not know when a blitz is coming, how tor read coverage, and how to change protection. I cannot believe this guy is considered to be close to an elite quarterback. They should factor in his sacked/yards lost into the equation when evaluating his stats, such as YPA. Anyone would have a great YPA if they weren't penalized for holding the ball for six seconds, but then when they complete a 40 yard pass, it counts as a 40.0 average. He's the Jose Canseco of football- home run or strikeout... except in these stats, strikeouts don't count as at bats.

Why not Brees?

BEST THReaD EVEAA !!!11!!

Well it will matter when it comes down the line when it, comes clutch time. As Brady is a clutch driven QB as everybody has all seen.

This, if his receivers hadn't dropped balls they might have won, he carries that whole team on his back as they have no run game, he has a great arm, good pocket awareness and is very clever with his mobility

He's above Brady and Brees overall right now for the fact he can run

False.

So bc he can run, he's a better QB than Brady is? Uh, what?

Ignore the fact that Brady is better in the pocket, and better at dissecting defenses? And Brady is better at presnap reads, etc?

Aaron Rodgers is a top 3 QB in this league. Easily. But the hype surrounding him last year while he played bottom ranked pass defenses and piled up stats with his elite set of skill players got way out of hand.

He's great, but not number 1.

Using one game as the data set is not exactly credible.

Aaron Rodgers is not "good" either.
