Here is a lisr of FA's I found online for what's its worth
ILB-
1. London Fletcher Buffalo
2. Peter Sirmon Tennesse
3. Chris Draft Carolina
4. Kawika Mitchell Kansas City
5. Matt Wilhelm San Diego
6. Rob Morris Indianapolis
OLB-
1. Lance Briggs Chicago
2. Adalius Thomas Baltimore
3. Cato June Indianapolis
4. Scott Shanle New Orleans
5. Tully Banta-Cain N.E. Patriots
6. Boss Bailey Detroit
7. Brandon Short N.Y. Giants
8. Al Singleton Dallas
9. Rocky Boiman Indianapolis
10. Shantee Orr Houston
There's a bunch of DE/LB types coming out this year that project in the first two rounds.
Gaines Adams Clemson
Jaamal Anderson (jr) Arkansas
Jarvis Moss (jr) Florida
Quentin Moses Georgia
Charles Johnson (jr) Georgia
Lamar Woodley Michigan
I've seen everybody but Adams play but I don't really know a lot about any of them.
As for MLB in the 3-4 Patrick Willis is the only one who is considered a first rounder. Again seen him play a couple of times and he looks really good but I'll trust BB & SP to know best.
I like Jarvis Moss, 6'6" 265 and 4.65 40. He reminds me of a Jason Taylor type. Hopefully we get him, I think him and TBC on the outside (after Colvin retires) would be awesome. If TBC leaves, Moss & Colvin on the outside would be sick, though I hope we sign TBC, Samuel & Graham.

From your list, the only one I might consider is Woodley. Here's three more I do like:
Victor Abiamiri, Notre Dame
Anthony Spencer, Purdue
Brian Robison, Texas

PFW:
Adams sounds good but intelligence a ?
Moses sounds good as a DE/OLB; very intelligent
Woodley earmarked for a 3-4 team; sounds more like a ILB than OLB. "not great edge speed, uses hands to get off blocks quickly, thick and strong, good lower body strength, hits like a ton of bricks, not as natural with hand on ground or dropping into coverage. Lacks measurables but is a solid footballer who can start in the pros."
Think BB would draft a jr as an LB? Need help too soon, IMO.
