Hey guys,
I am soo sorry about the Browns pick today. I could not get my phone to let me login to make my selection. I reset my password and everything to try and get in. I know that I am now kicked out as GM, but good pick for the Browns as I was planning on picking a RB anyways.
Again, sorry... Sometimes smart phones aren't as smart as you would think. I think I embarrased my wife while shopping for baby stuff that she now is second guessing having a kid with me. I threw a tantrum.

You're good midwestpatsfan can't help it if your technology goes to sleep on you somedays. LOL I'm sure most of us have experienced that before. Keep up the good selections you are making.

Miami finally spent some picks on the offensive side of the ball in the 2 biggest areas of need. Brian Quick is a productive WR who has the build of Brandon Marshall. Coming from a small school and not being a blazer hurts his stock, but for the Dolphins he is the big target who can make the catches in the air they need since Marshall left.

Better late than never to pick the biggest need on the Dolphins at QB. Brock Osweiler is a more athletic Mark Sanchez type QB who only started 15 games in college. Brock has all the ability, but the experience isn't there to assume he will succeed in this league. Hopefully the Dolphins can make it a year with Moore/Garard and give the Dolphins and better understanding of what they truly having in Osweiler. If it doesn't go well there's always Barkley with the #1 pick next year :)

Ben Jones is a horrible pick at this point in the draft and totally ignores the fact that the Pats already have 3 centers on the team.. Great Job. Nothing like following the team...

Yeah really didn't get that pick... thought there were various other options for the pats at that stage.

I found last year that some positions will get overdrafted based off of a perception of need. When in reality Skill Positions are what teams generally go for in the 1st and 2nd round. This is a good year for WR and CB so I expect a bunch to go in Round 2.

Glenn and Silatolu will be listed at OT's during the official draft whether we think that's where they will play or not and I think Glenn will have a shot at sticking there.

Indeed, as Silatolu played Tackle at Midwestern State. Silatolu seems to project as a Guard in the pros. He's a thick-set, mauling type. As far as I can see, he isn't nimble enough to play Tackle (Left Tackle at least), but we'll see.

I've been second-guessing myself since making the Lions' picks. I toyed with taking one of the remaining tackles in Round One, but liked Gilmore better, and that secondary still gets torched too often. O Line is definitely a Lions' need (Chris Sims excepted), especially in the running game. Holes closed very quickly at times last year.

Hey that was my idea not picking up the big QB with Jax 3rd round pick. I think that we could be competing with you for the Barkley pick:D:D

Hello guys just letting you know I will give the Houston GM til noon EST if he has not made a selection by that time we will so we can move on. During that time frame send me a PM with your vote of what player you think Houston needs. Thats plenty of time for someone to check in on the draft. We will be voting on the following 2 teams going forward Minnesota, Houston.

SirApropo Great pick for Arizona in Brandon Brooks. I was hoping to take him in he next round. He is a player I hope the Patriots are looking at. I would much rather have him than Ben Jones.

Deleted.

I don't think it's that serious as it is a draft forum and i wanted to discuss it but, I get why the rules are there i won't discuss it here again.

As i can't see DaBruins picking another RB for Ten i think it's safe to discuss.

What do people think about Picking LaMicheal James here. i really think he could add something to the Cincy O as they have their 2 down back in BJGE and having James come in and be a dynamic player on 3rd downs could really give their Offense a dynamic look on 2rd downs with Green, 2 TE's, Simpson then James out of the backfield.

It will be ok to discuss after you draft him. Thats one of our most important rules no discussion of undrafted players. Thank You.

Would it be possible, either in this thread or the Voting for #93 thread, to post an updated list of available players at various positions? I've lost track after the first 75 or so picks.

We are less than hour away from the deadline for the New Orleans Saints selection so send me a PM on who you would vote on for that selection in case we need to go that route. Thanks.

send your PMs for the 49ers next pick

thanks!

Apologies guys for holding things up yesterday, never got a chance to get online.

GM update:
eagle eye is now the Texans GM
SirApropos is now the Vikings GM

Snagged a couple of probable 3rd rounders in Winn and Allen there.

Colts and Vikings fans should be happy.

I was shocked to find that Marvin Jones was still on the board.

please PM me your vote for the DALLAS COWBOYS selection

please PM me your vote for the Bengals selection

thus far they have selected the following:
David DeCastro OG Stanford
Janoris Jenkins CB North Alabama
LaMichael James RB Oregon
Dwayne Allen TE Clemson
