Kurt Warner played the Saints and he never played football again. Brett Favre played the Saints and became a worn down broken man afterwards. Peyton Manning's neck injuries? Wouldn't surprise me if it got serious during Super Bowl 44.

People are gonna lose their job over this. I say throw the book at all of them!

Fwck them all. Fwck their mothers, fwck their fathers, fwck their brothers, fwck theirs sisters, fwck their dogs, fwck their cats.

And above all, fwck me.

I wonder if part of the punishment they can ban the Saints from using the Franchise tag or tenders.

Brees and Manning on the open market :D

This MAY cause people to forget about spygate, I HOPE....

If they don't lose at the MINIMUM one 1st round pick + others i'm gonna be livid.

On the plus side, at least the Pats will have some competition for most overused reference point of why their team sucks.

i wonder how brees feels about this

a guy who was injured in the past, even though that injury he suffered was on a completely legit football play

i just wonder how he feels about his own team going out with a bounty system that rewarded intent to injure.

Schefter is now saying he thinks it's "safe" to predict that the punishment will be greater than that of ForgottowearalimejacketGate.

I'm disappointed that Payton was knowingly involved. I'd had a good opinion of him until this, if substantiated. Guess the NFL doesn't have any smoking gun evidence on Jeff Fischer's Titans whom I believe were doing something analogous but obviously better concealed.

Along with his team refusing to pay him on the levels of Manning, Brady, Roethlisberger, etc. I wonder if he thinks about jumping ship.

Well, now that Greg Williams and Fisher are both coaches on the same team, who's willing to bet they were considering installing a similar system there, before this whole bounty fiasco was exposed. :)

I just submitted a trademark for the phrase BOUNTY GATE.

Re: Breaking: Saints Break Bounty Rule

Ha, exactly. I envision it going like this.

*in meeting*

Goodell to Saints, "Did you learn your cheating ways from the Patriots?"

Saints, "Uh, no"

Goodell asks again very sternly, "DID YOU LEARN THIS FROM THE PATRIOTS?"

Saints, "Uh ......yeah actually we did."

Goodell, "Ok, thanks for coming in, we'll take it from here"

*Picks up direct line to Foxboro*
