Used this value chart for the trades:
ESPN - Draft Value Chart

Trade picks #31 and #63 (Value = 876) to Chicago for pick #19 (Value = 875).

Trade pick #27 (Value = 680) to Kansas City for picks #43 and #75 (Value = 685).

Trade pick #48 (Value = 420) to Cleveland for picks #68, #100, #118, #183 (Value = 427).

Trade pick #100 (Value = 100) to Buffalo for picks #124, #136, and #201 (Value = 98).

19. Courtney Upshaw - DE/OLB - reminds me of Suggs (my favorite pass rusher) with his overpowering pass rush, relentlessness, and great hand use. Can play the run, can pass rush, play 3-4 OLB and move to 4-3 DE in sub. Lunch pail 3 down player with some serious talent from a Saban defense.

43. Alshon Jeffery - WR - Address the big time need at WR and get Brady his Marshall/V-Jax/Plaxico type of WR that has elite size and hands, can get vertical, but also goes over the middle and works the intermediate/short passing game. Another huge red zone threat -- pick your poison: Gronk or Alshon.

68. Marcus Forston - DT - Stock dropped due to injuries and suspension for benefits. Highly talented. Excellent first step, excellent penetrator, blows up a ton of plays in the backfield. Much needed inside pass rushing presence that Haynesworth failed to provide. Not your prototypical 2-gapping guy for the base defense but an excellent sub rusher, and that's important when you consider sub defense is becoming the new base defense.

75. Vontaze Burfict - ILB - Some people love this guy, some people hate him. I really like the way he plays the game. Adds some much needed talent, intensity, attitude, playmaking to the LB corps.

94. Nigel Bradham - ILB - Tired of seeing guys like Tracy White, Guyton, Fletcher. Tired of seeing Spikes burned in the passing game. May be considered a little "light" for the scheme Belichick likes to run, but is a ferocious/violent hitter and is a good coverage LB. Can fly around the field. Adds some much needed speed and coverage ability to the LB corps.

118. Janzen Jackson - FS - Loved him at Tennessee. Long term solution at FS. Playmaker and physical.

124. Cliff Harris - CB - Ball hawk. Knack for the interception like Asante. Needs to bulk up play more press coverage but immediately starts in the slot b/c he is great in off coverage and can jump routes. Great PR/KR too. 4 punt return TD's in 2010.

126. Jarius Wright - WR - Got your big physical freak WR in Jeffery, now add your 5-10, stop on a dime, quick twitch, inside/outside, more speedy Deion Branch type of WR. Perfect fit for this offense with his versatility and electricity.

136. Olivier Vernon - DE/OLB - Extremely underrated pass rusher who should blossom into a great NFL player. Immense talent. Would've gone in top 2 rounds if not for suspension due to benefits.

183. Kellen Moore - QB - Always been a huge fan. Reminds me of Chad Pennington. Excellent backup.

201. Beau Reliford - TE - 3rd TE for some depth behind Gronk and Hernandez. Great blocker who can also chip in with key catches.

OT is pretty much set with Vollmer and Solder. LG is set with Mankins. Hopefully Waters is back at RG. Think you can sure up the OL in free agency.

WR corps of Welker, Jeffery, Wright, Edelman, Branch to complement TE's Gronk and Hernandez.

In the market for a veteran/free agent corner back and safety. Tired of seeing Bill whiff on 1st and 2nd rounders at CB. Love Claiborne and Kirkpatrick is really good too but think they'll both be gone in the top 15.

Can always find FA or UDFA RB's to compete with Ridley and Vereen. Maybe a power runner like Mike Tolbert. Have always loved his style of running between the tackles and ability to catch the ball and pick up blitzes on 3rd down.

I think Harris was benched this year for both off and on the field issues. He had a great junior year so if the off the field stuff checks out who knows. I wonder in a case like this if Bill will go to a former teammate like Chung and say hey what's the deal? Is this a guy you would play with?

for sure, he has character concerns, but damn he's a hell of a cover man.

Though through all the team MBs i check out, everyone is eying him as a steal in the 4th, so it might come down to which team feels they can right his ship and grab him in the 3rd

Sign me up for this dream scenario.

CBS:

#27 Whitney Mercilus DE/OLB, Illinois - Not sure you can classify juniors as one year wonders. Regardless, Mercilus would bring the edge strength versus the run and a hell of a burst off the edge against the pass.

#31 Dont'a Hightower ILB/OLB, Bama - Swiss Army knife of a huge linebacker. Brings a bit of everything you are looking for, despite being top notch at nothing. I like to think of him as everything you wish Rob Ninkovich was but has no chance of ever being.

#48 Kendall Reyes DT/DE, UConn - Toss up between Reyes and Crick. Reyes wins based on having more sand in his pants, a good Senior Bowl week and not being crippled at present.

#63 George Iloka FS, Boise State - Hate picking a safety in this draft this high but Iloka brings enough potential as a huge center field vacuum cleaner, the distaste is only mild.

#94 Michael Brewster OC, Ohio State - Ups and downs during the past season, but he was very good during the Senior Bowl week. As for his limitations, in Dante we trust.

#126 Marvin Jones WR, Cal - I would never have considered him this high before the Senior Bowl. His work during the practices was very impressive.

PFW:

#27 Dre Kirkpatrick CB, Bama - There is no chance he slides this far but, given this list, you've just got to take him.

#31 Jerel Worthy DT/DE, Michigan State - It wouldn't shock me if Worthy turns out to be the best defensive lineman in this class.

#48 Nick Perry DE/OLB, USC - Way underrated on PFW's rankings. If Perry inexplicably drops this far in April and Belichick passes, my head would explode.

#63 Trumaine Johnson CB, Montana - Move him to FS and the defensive backfield are patched up and ready for September.

#94 Vinny Curry DE/OLB, Marshall - I'm not in love with Curry and with the Perry Pick at #48, this is kind of redundant. Then again, so were Gronkowski and Hernandez. The value is good enough for me.

#126 Dwight Jones WR, North Carolina - Getting a WR this good in the fourth round? Jesus.

This is probably the IDEAL draft....with Kirkpatrick likely nowhere near falling that far as the best corner int he draft for me, I'd settle for Dennard who can rotate around in our new hybrid.

Love Mercilus, love Crick who will almost undoubtedly fall into the second after missing so much of last season with a soft tissue injury.

63 Amini Silatolu OG Midwestern State
94 Ryan Steed CB Furman
126 Marvin McNutt WR Iowa

Even with the alleged drug problem, I'd still take Kirkpatrick, but I don't think he'll fall to 27. On most mocks, he's in the 10-20 range and probably the second best corner (after Claiborne). But with the 27th pick, I think Fletcher is a good pick. As for the 31st, knowing Bill, he'll probably trade down. Even then, Bill would probably pick up a pick that we can't anticipate.

I thought Steed did real well at the senior bowl. Very interested to see how he runs the 40 and the 3 cone.

Why are Patsfans.com members better drafters than the Patriots themselves?

I thought Steed did real well at the senior bowl. Very interested to see how he runs the 40 and the 3 cone.

It looks like there will be a lot of CB taken in the second round, which is good and bad depending.

27 Andre Branch OLB Clemson - I don't see a lot I like from the position this year, but at this point I think Branch fits us better than anyone else. He has a great size/speed combo and long arms. Looks like a guy who can make the conversion to OLB without a problem.
31 Mohamed Sanu WR Rutgers - I'd love to move up for Kendall Wright, but when alls said and done, he'll probably go top 10. Sanu is a big strong guy with good hands, decent speed and blocking ability. I don't see many flaws in his game like I do with the other WR prospects. I think he could help immediately.
48 George Iloka SAF Boise St. - I feel Iloka could really improve our secondary. Love his size. Love his instincts. Love his athleticism.
63 Josh Chapman DT/NT Alabama - He's had an outstanding year controlling the middle. Looks extremely strong and knows how to use his leverage. Tough guy who is very underrated due to the injury. I wouldn't have a problem taking him this high.
94 James Carmon OT Mississippi St. - He's a great athlete within a huge frame. He doesn't have a lot of experience at the position and that's exactly the type Scar likes to take on and mold.
126 Antonio Fenelus CB Wisconsin - I've been very impressed by his play this year, but he's routinely overlooked due to his size. He has wonderful instincts and, from the games I've seen, has phenomenal cover skills.

94 James Carmon OT Mississippi St. - He's a great athlete within a huge frame. He doesn't have a lot of experience at the position and that's exactly the type Scar likes to take on and mold.

I've got Carmon in my newest mock as well, but I have him as an UDFA. I know he is likely to rise going into the draft but I think the 3rd is a bit high for him considering how raw he is. I also really like the Sanu and Chapman picks, I think they would both fit here well.

1a Coby Fleener TE Stanford
Gronk 2.0 Same size, great hands, great route runner. Another big endzone targed for Brady. NFL defenses couldnt stop one Gronk, other than injuring him, they will have even tougher time stopping two Gronks. NE offense is heavily TE-based, so a quality backup is very necessary. We saw what happened when one TE went down. If Pats dont take him, Im sure SF will, since Harbaugh was his coach at Stanford, and they run there plenty of 2 TE sets.

1b Jared Crick DE/DT Nebraska
Non-stop motor, great inside pass rusher with the stats to prove it Great size and strength. Solid as a run-stuffer. Better than Cox at going after the QB. If not for his injury he would have been certain mid-first round pick.

2a Harrison Smith Safety Notre Dame
IMO the best safety in this draft. He will improve Pats' biggest weakness, the pass defense. He also played LB a couple of years. He can also pass rush. Forced Luck to throw an INT while he was hitting him. Also great hands. 7 INT 2 years ago, none this year, teams did not want to target him deep after what happened the season before.

2b Derek Wolfe DE/DT Cincinatti
DPOY in Big East. 9.5 sacks, 21.5 TFL, 70 total tackles, 6 QBH, 2 FF. He did all this while being double teamed most of the time. Beast.

3 Jake Bequette DE Arkansas
This guy will bring the heat from the outside while Wilfork, Crick and Wolfe will bring it from the inside. Great outside pass rusher. Something that the Pats need badly.

4 Shea McClellan OLB Boise State
Pats also need an OLB, and this is the man.

5 Miles Burris DE San Diego State
Miles Burris 2010 Highlights - Official - YouTube
Another outside pass rusher. Cant never have enough pass rushers.
8sacks, 19.5 TFL, 77 Total tackles last year.
7.5 sacks 18 TFL 79 Total tackles 2 years ago.
This guy pretty much owned Pats guard Cannon when they went head to head a couple of years ago. At 0:22 sec in that video, it is Cannon who gives up the sack to Burris, and the QB is Dalton.
Burris has great closing speed, he is a solid solid tackler, great burst, absolute steal.
