And just what was the end result of what "Brandon Marshall did to him in Week 1". Last I recall, it was still a Pats victory..
DaBruinz it was just a comparison.

I'd rather see Sterling Moore on Nicks than McCourty. At least Moore can play bump and run. McCourty is almost completely inept in that area. Leave him at safety and let him play with his eyes toward the ball, where he's most comfortable.
Frankly, I have no idea what you're even referring to here.
What continuation? What are you talking about?
Yeah, if you want to blame me, I screwed up on the first one.
But this is the second time in 2 days you deliberately misrepresent what I wrote in my original post.
Here. very first post of this thread:
"I totally understand why he would say that. I understand they've been bad.
I can't understand saying it in public."
So how is backtracking for me to say I can understand his feelings, but that it's quite another thing for a player to say it in public? There's no backtracking or contradiction there at all.
Just watched the replay of his interview with prime and he def didn't say the secondary sucked. He pretty much just says that they have a guy playing out of position and knowing that guy could be playing you we want to exploit that.
If anybody should feel slighted it's Julian Edelman. It's obvious they are going to attack him whenever he is on the field. Change the thread title to the entire Giants WR core dissing Julian Edelman.
Eh, the Packers held him to 5-74-0. He can be shut down.

I've never seen a 9-7 team talk so much trash. You'd think they were the 85 bears with their confidence. This is more evenly matched than people think.
I don't think its that even. Other than a moderate pass rushing advantage, I still don't see what area the Giants could be considered better.
Sterling Moore separates the shoulders of his very own teammates who don't even annoy him. I can't imagine what he might do to someone who is stupid enough to call him out.
Smart move, CroOz...
Wasn't it Ihedigbo that separated McCourty's shoulder?
Then who is covering Cruz? McCourty will only be @ FS in the nickel package.
I've never heard about it being a myth. Not sure what you mean?
We all saw on MNF how Sterling Moore floored into McCourty with a huge smashing hit to the shoulder.
McCourty immediately left the field, and we didn't see him again for a few weeks, as he was out with a shoulder injury.
I had long deleted the part about it being a myth. However, I didn't think it was Sterling Moore that knocked out McCourty. I thought it was Ihedigbo.
I agree. The two teams on defense are basically the same statistically. Offensively, both offenses can and will move the ball. Touchdowns are crucial. The Patriots struggled mightily in the red area in the AFCCG. They are going to need to be much better in the SB.
