Don't fool yourselves, guys. Borges and the Herald simply are scraping the bottom of the barrel in a desperate attempt to get noticed/remain "relevant." He doesn't mean a word of it. No way Borges writes this if he's still with the Globe.

Borges is a miserable human being. I have run into him a couple times, and he is just nasty.

I met him at a charity fundraiser (assume he was there for the food). At first I didn't recognize him, but my spidey senses were all tingly with a "This guy's a ****" vibe until I heard his last name and then there was this "a-ha!" moment and I knew the senses were still working well.
