Wondering if anyone has an incredible recipie that they always whip up for the big game? More food is consumed on SB Sunday then any other day, so what better time to share?

I Stopped over my Brothers house a few months ago and he just made some Buffalo Nachos, I LOVE everything Buffalo, and this was the best thing with hot sauce I've ever had, so I figured I'd share it here. I can't tell you how many times I've made it since, my wife just rolls her eyes when I start making a new batch. So here it is...

in an 8x8 glass pan, mix together...
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup blue cheese salad dressing
1/2 cup any flavor Frank's® RedHot® Sauce
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup Fritos jalapeno cheddar cheese dip
After well mixed then add...

1 pound cooked shredded chicken breast (about 2 large breasts)

Then Bake in the oven for 20 Minutes at 350

Then You are done, you can either spread it on Nacho Chips and add shredded cheese of your liking if you want (don't really need to) then you can either bake it or microwave it to melt the added cheese.

Seems like a lot of work at first, but it's really not that hard. 1 batch will go though about 2 big bags of Nacho Chips.

Leave me some feedback if you've tried it.

Also looking forward to trying to whip up something new for the Game!

I call this Patriots Victory dip. Served just about every week and ESPECIALLY for BIG games.
8oz cream cheese softened
8oz veleveeta cheese
1tsp garlic powder
3 shakes cayenne pepper
mix well( i use a potato masher)
form into ball
cover in Chili Powder
Serve with triscuits/thicker chip
in regards to the garlic if you like more, use more if you like less use less
Enjoy!!

I found this recipe about 15 years ago and have made it several times. It's the best Jambalaya recipe I've tried to this point. The recipe makes a BIG batch so you can cut it in half if you'd like.

Ingredients
1.5-2 lbs chicken, cooked, boned and chopped

1.5 lbs Andouille sausage (or Chorizo)

1 lb diced Smoked Ham (Tasso is better)

1 lb shrimp, medium to large, shelled (16/20's)

1 ea onion, large, chopped

1 ea bell pepper, chopped

4 ea cloves garlic, minced

3 ea ribs celery, finely chopped

1 lg + 1 sm can of tomato paste

1 sm can of tomato sauce

1 28 oz can of chopped tomatoes

1 14 oz can of chopped tomatoes

4 cups chicken stock

2 tbsp "Tiger Sauce"

1 tbsp "Pickapeppa Sauce"

1 tsp "Tabasco Sauce"

1 tsp Cayenne pepper

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp white pepper

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp thyme

2 ea bay leaves, whole

salt to taste

4 cups uncooked long grain rice

Puttin' it all together
Season the chicken meat with a little salt, pepper (black & red) and set
aside.
Brown the sliced, smoked (hot) sausage and pour off the fat. Set the sausage
aside.

Saute' the onions, garlic, bell pepper, and celery until the onion turns
translucent. Butter is best flavor-wise, but if you're watching fat, use
olive oil.

Mix the tomato paste with the tomato sauce and brown until it just starts to
carmalize.

Add the carmalized tomato paste and chopped (or diced) tomatoes to the
sauted vegetables stirring well. Deglaze the tomato paste pan with a little
of the chicken stock. Add the rest of the chicken stock to the mixture. It
should be fairly thick. Add the seasonings and salt to taste. Let this
mixture cook for about 30 minutes at medium heat (stir to keep from
sticking).

Add the meat (chicken, ham and sausage) and cook for another 45-60 minutes
at low-medium heat.

Add the shrimp 10 minutes before removing from heat. (Make sure the shrimp
is cooked.)

Prepare the 4 cups (8 cups after cooking) of rice according to directions.
It turns out much better if you use chicken or shrimp stock for the rice
instead of water.

After the rice is cooked, mix the rice with the rest of the ingredients
(stir well) and put the whole mess into a LARGE baking dish. Preheat oven to
350F and bake, uncovered, for approximately 60 minutes. This step is really
important. Bake on upper shelf of the oven to keep the bottom from burning.
Watch it and don't let the top burn either.

Remove from oven and enjoy.

I'm not sure if this actually qualifies as a recipee, but a quick easy way to make stromboli (stuffed bread) is to use a tube of pilsbury french loaf dough. It has a seam and if you just find the seam and unroll it you end with a square of bread dough. Cover it with the toppings of your choice. Pepperoni and Mozz, Ground beef, bacon and cheddar, Grilled veggies and blue cheese. Whatever. Then reroll it, brush on some olive oil and garlic powder, poke a couple holes to let the steam out and bake according to directions.

I know it sounds like a long process, but the whole thing takes about 5 minutes per bread (plus baking time) and it always comes out good.

A bit off topic but.

For soft drinks, I am going with "Pepsi Max" labled with "The only Jet to make the playoffs."

Sounds like something I'd like, but I do have one question: Is the defibrillator charged before or after the dish comes out of the oven?

My theme for SB food is tastes good, but I don't have to deal with prep at all during the game.

A sure fire winner is pulled pork sandwiches. Get a sholder or butt and cook it for 4 hrs at 300 Saturday night and put it in the fridge. In the morning take it out and pull the meat. It is much easier to separate out the fat after it has been cooled. Once the meat is all pulled slice up a couple onions and throw them in the slow cooker, put the pork on top and your favorite BBQ sauce. (I like Sweet Baby Ray's) and let that bad boy go on the lowert setting all day. Get some nice rolls, and serve it up.

I usually shove a couple garlic cloves in for the Saturday cooking, but that would be optional.

Real easy and quick:

Beer Steamed Shrimp
Ingredients:
2 12 oz Beers
1 lb Shrimp (peeled, deveined, no tail, if possible)
1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
Just a little salt
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Combine 1 beer, Old Bay, salt, chili powder and red pepper flakes in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and add shrimp. Cover pot, let steam for 5 minutes while drinking the other beer. Drain and enjoy.

The nice part about this recipe is you can experiment with different beers to alter the taste.
Serve with *Homemade kocktail sauce, (combine ketchup with horseradish to taste).

Thanks. THAT will be my chili recipe for my party, with a few tweaks to make it "my own secret recipe". :) I looked at it and it looks awesome!

Enjoy. Make sure you include the Fritos. I never had chili with Fritos prior to making this recipe for the first time. But it's surprisingly really good.
