NFL Wild Card: Steelers at Broncos

Why are Patriots fans here so quick to disparage other teams' QBs? Is it just because Brady's so good that they've lost all perspective? Tebow did nothing wrong on that series, and the comments about Ryan in the other thread were ridiculous.

speaking for myself, it is my OPINION that The Chosen One is a Frozen Stiff....I saw how he played against the Patriots, and the subsequent losses going into the playoffs...I can find no redeeming qualities that would lead me to believe he is anything that what I thought he was
...in other words, he IS who I thought he was...

Denver's a run first team. As long as it's close you've got to be persistent with McGahee between the tackles, the option though will never work against the Steelers.

Still, if you start dropping Tebow back now it'll get ugly quick... too early for that.

If Denver wins, I'm gonna stop whatever plans I have and read the steelers forum for the rest of the night.

Well Denver better wake up and realize this is the playoffs real soon.

Forget reading. I'm going to completely freaking troll. You should read the crap they're saying about the Pats.

Yeah I have. That's why I won't degrade myself to their level. :)

I know it's not a nice thing to wish but...whichever team wins I hope that team has a ton of injuries!

It's not about just one QB, Joker, you know that.

This game sucks already zzzzzzz

Tebow needs to pull the trigger!

Just wanted to be the first to say it.....:D

But I love how he is just throwing it away now....I fully expect him to "throw it away" many times this game something like 60% or more of his throws beyond the LOS will be "throw aways" ;)

3-0 Steelers, impossible for Denver to come back from this type of deficit.

Game, set, match Steelers.

Must hold them to 3 or then I'd say it's a wrap

4 point play here

blatant pick play

FG here ...done..

Pats coming back from 21 down to the Bills. Simple. Denver fighting back from a 6 point deficit against the Steelers. Unlikely.

Denver has to shorten the game - like someone just said, dropping Tebow back and seeing potential turnovers this early will put the game away. If anything, why not some short/low risk pass plays.

If Denver can't stop the run though, they have no chance in hell. For them to have any chance, it's going to take a couple breaks, a risk later in the game and holding Pittsburgh to field goals anytime they're in the red zone.

Exactly.

How can anyone blame fox? He's playing the hand he's been dealt. They have to remain run 1st as long as they can. If they are gonna start dropping tebow back a bunch in the 1st half they may as well put Brady Quinn in.

If Tebow can do his best Rapistberger impersonation and complete some of those long passes on broken plays out of the pocket, they have a sliver of a chance. But if they keep trying to run into the teeth of that defense and keep trying to use the quick screen game they will get nowhere.

so roethlisberger complains to the refs its okay...brady does it then...

They're not going to be able to run on the Steelers if they keep sticking 8 men in the box. The Steelers will put 8 in the box until the Broncos prove they can actually have a less than horrendous passing game.
