According to his family member, Vollmer might be done for season

Living in Texas, I don't see people wearing Patriots shirts very often. So when I see them, I usually strike up a conversation. During last season, while at the store, I met the future sister-in-law of Vollmer. On Saturday, I met his future mother-in-law. As she was walking away, I commented that it had been a tough season for him. She said, "Yeah, he's probably done for the season." She noticed someone she knew and started talking so I obviously didn't want to be a jerk and push her for more info.

Take it for what it's worth. I would guess he's said something or her daughter. If he maybe doubts he'll be back, we probably shouldn't get our hopes up.

way to throw her under the bus

Sources say BB has sent him to see the doctor that fixed Gronk's back and made it bionic.

True, but what you didn't think of is because of guys like Wendell and Connolly moving into positions inside, you CAN move around those guys you mentioned and not lose alot of productivity.

Actually, no. We do lose a lot of productivity, certainly enough to end a playoff run against Baltimore, Pittsburgh, GB or NO.

His absence could be a problem, as we saw when Light went down. A rookie with little game experience as the #1 backup, and only able to play one of the two positions, thus potentially weakening both, is not a good situation to be in.

My wife injured her back in October. Still in pain. Seen doctors, chiropractors. Like the girl, hate to have to put her down out of her pain or trade her in.
So, fwd that doctor's name to me please.

Non issue to be honest. Nate Solder has been the better RT anyway and I would rather see Nate at RT instead of the 3rd TE, so all is good. And Cannon gives us great depth if needed.
