Jesus said Brady is the nephew of god but BB works for the other guy and puts his fingers up to make horns. JC said the Broncos are on their own this game.

I haven't watched SNL for years, but that was very funny and well done!

Per SNL, Jesus will be inactive for the Pats/Broncos game

Hey! Who would have thought SNL could actually be funny. It looks like Jesus will be inactive today although the Pats will still have the Nephew of God playing:

Better to say that it was handled lightly enough so that only those who go in wanting to be offended will be.

I wonder if that's partly why they ran it at the end of the show and not earlier on when the stronger skits are usually placed. Last night's show, other than the Tebow skit and Weekend update was one of the weakest in years..and that's saying something!!!!

Sounds right to me. Given the hype around Tebow, putting that skit in the cleanup spot does seem deliberately evasive.

Didn't see the show, surprising to hear how the show was weak as it had a strong guest host and singer. Oh well, really liked the Tebow skit.

SNL just doesn't do it anymore, really hasn't been funny my whole life and I'm 21 now.

When it first came on the scene in the mid 70''s, it was cutting edge and made stars of Belushi, Chevy Chase, Eddie Murphy, Piscopo, Dana Carvey, Lovitz, Dennis Miller and so many others....It jumped the shark around the time you were born......
