Only one NFL team represents New York City: the New York Giants. They play home games in New Giants Stadium where they allow another team to play -- the New Jersey Green Beans. The Green Beans represent the cast of "Jersey Shore," and other criminals, cretins, miscreants, morbidly obese blowhards, spoiled children, terminally immature people of all ages and godless hucksters throughout greater New Jersey.

Neither I,nor Joker,would have been so gentle:rocker:

Sorry. Must be the Christmas season getting to me. I'll do better next time.

Wow! We have the best (see above) and worst (OP) posts of the year in the same thread!

and now...an unsolicited blast at the Green Curtain Cretins just in time for the holidays...this is R rated so keep the kiddies away from the monitor....

Rudolf the red neck Rat fan

sniffed a little too much blow

and if you ever saw him

you'd think he was buried in snow

then one cold and wintry night

Satan Claws did say

Rudolph with that nose so red

one more sniff and you'll drop dead

all of the other Rat fans

jumped around and howled with glee

Rudolph the red neck Rat fan

you'll go down...in...INFAMY!!!

Be sure to catch this and other Joe Kerr Yuletide carols like Silent Night, Rat Fan Fright and Deck The Halls With Sanchez Folly at a Mickey D's near you...free copies to the first 500 people who order the Wrecked Rectum 10 Big Mac/25 Large Fries Happy Meal.

I will never hope or pull for a Jets win, ever.

Have yourself a rotten Green Bean Christmas,
Let your hopes fall flat
From now on,
Your playoff wish will fade, you rats.

Have yourself a rotten Green Bean Christmas,
Make the Yule-tide gray,
From now on,
Your troubles will be here to stay.

Here you are as in olden days,
Broadway Namath days of yore.
Forty-three years since you won it all,
Yet Wrecks guarantees, such a bore.

Through the years
You've all been duped together,
If the Fates allow
Hang your noose upon the highest bough

And have yourself a rotten Green Bean Christmas, now.

for me my number one priority is to win the SB, and in order to do that one needs to make the playoffs, and if rooting for the jets is required so be it . . . however, with that said, the only time that I will root for the JESTs is when it is absolutely required like in 2008 in the AFC Easts last game Jets/Mia, otherwise will never root for the jets . . . btw, it still PISSES me off that the NFL flexed that mia/jet game to 4 pm and not leave it at 1 pm, the whole point of having the games side by side was to have no unfair advantage, then they flex it . . .

I for one do not want the Jets in the playoffs period, if they loose we are in, and we are still in if we win any of the last three, so we are basically in the playoffs thus make the Jets win kind of meaningless, there are so many more games left for our defeated opponents to win and lose, the one extra SOV point from the Jets winning as oppposed to Phila (2 points to 1) is kind of meanlingless . . .

as many have said I do not want to face the Jets in the playoffs, trying to win three times in a year is tough, and if we loose it will be the second year were we did the yoleman's work (reg season division win) but lose that one game in Jan. . . . i don't want that distraction this Jan. . . .

Seeing the Green Beans sink into dissension and abject despair is worth more to me than any impact their winning would have on our playoff seeding.

.......Ditto......

After "rooting" for them to beat Miami on the last game of the 2008 regular season so the Pats could get into the playoffs, I can never bring myself to hope they beat someone else.

That was a travesty. Favre should be lynched retroactively.

You're nuts......and I mean that in the nicest way.....but there is NO scenario where any right minded Patsfan would root for the Jests for ANYTHING other than FAILURE!!!!

While I do agree with you that in this case PATRIOTSFANINPA is nuts, this scenario does not warrent rooting for the Jets.

But as for you contention that tis is NO scenario...you're even nuttier...see week 17 year 2008.

We neither need, nor want, any well wishes from you. All we want is for your pathetic scumbag franchise to wallow in perpetual misery and false hope, as it has for the past 43 years.

Disagree. I know how much I was repulsed by rooting for the Jets in 2008. I like the fact that the Jets fans need to root for us.

Yeah,I know this sounds dumb, but in reality there are reasons why fans from rival teams could actually be hoping the other team wins this week as well.

If the Jets win, it helps the Pats in the tiebreaker known as strength of schedule should it come down to this since the Pats have beaten the Jets twice.

If the Pats beat Denver and the Jets take care of Philly, then the Jets move closer to nailing down the final wild card spot but need for Denver to lose since they lost to both Denver and Oakland who are the main threats for the final seed as one of them will win the AFC West.

Everyone knows the Pats will win AT LEAST one of it's two remaining games at home,so Jets fans know the division is over anyway.

Does it make sense for fans of both teams that it's just fine if both win Sunday?,or am I nuts expecting fans to root for one hatred team to another?

For what I can see there is only 1 (one) patriots fan who is even suggesting this.

here is my answer to you premise; NO! NOO! NOOO! NOOOOOOOOO! NOOOOOOOOOOOOO! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

I understand your point. But there is so much twisted codependency and bad karma behind any kind of "positive energy" that Green Beans fans try to project, we'd best steer clear.
