I love seeing TB yelling and fired up. It's the same when I see those "laser focused eyes". It's when he's quiet and withdrawn that I really start to worry.

If one can't control one's own emotions what chance to they have of controlling an opponent? I prefer Montana's "Joe Cool" demeanor any day of the week.

That can be true. Some players can harness their emotions and channel it and play better when they're emotional. Ray Lewis and Rodney Harrison comes to mind.

Montana got pissed sometimes, too. I swear, Montana's approaching mythical status at this point.*

There's a difference between "getting pisssed" and losing your cool, in the past couple of years TFB has not been keeping his cool nearly as well as he did in the old days.

You're wrong. While Brady has been animated at times on the field, he never loses his composure on the field. On the sidelines? A different story, but not on the field. Even when he blew up at Galloway, it was after the series was over. And when he blows up on the sidelines, there is always a method to his madness. It's largely calculated with a larger objective in mind.

Brady yelled and slammed his hand down on the ground after Haloti Ngata sacked him the last time we played the Raven and has blown up on many occasions on the field as well as the sidelines. It's there.
