Love it when he destroys the Steelers. The Steelers fans are some of the most classless I have come across. Some are good fans, but a high % of them are total a-holes. Cheering when Brady got hurt, talking a ton of S*** after the 04 Halloween game, and going on about spygate. Some of them just seem to be really bad people as well. I have met some good Steelers fans who are nice people, so I am not saying all of them. I am saying more than most teams.

I grew up an hour north of the burgh. Then I went to college in the WV panhandle 40 miles from there. Believe me when I say, I hate the Steelers more than I love the Patriots. Biggest moron, sports-idiot fanbase in all of sports.

I know this is not what you should take out of that clip, but I came away missing Crumpler and Sanders...

Was thinking the same thing amigo, Crumpler was a great influence on our stud TEs. Seeing him keep Gronk focused def made me miss him a bit.

his TD drop against the Jets in the playoffs made me not miss him.

I think it goes deeper than just Brady against the Steelers. Remember Brady's "ownage" of the Steelers started back in the Kordell Stewart days. I think there's a "Ben" factor involved, too.

Remember around Halloween of 04 Ben was an undefeated rookie and the Pats had a two-season long winning streak going. The Pats came into Heinz and got steamrolled, with Roethlisberger outperforming Brady badly. Ever since then, Brady seems to have a had a fire burning against Ben and the Steelers.

Contrary to what many Pats fans seem to think, it seems as though Brady considers Ben a top-flight QB and one of his biggest rivals as an elite quarterback.

I read an article (it was right before the Jets/Pats playoff game last year) where **** Lebou said that his blitzes are not working against Brady and will have to change his defensive approach against him.

Don't be surprised if we see the Steelers blitz a little less and drop more in coverage to try and confuse Brady.

I know this now old news, but I am really frustrated that the Pats were not prepared for the Steelers change in their defensive scheme when I saw it coming.

Especially after Lebou came out and said it last year before our playoff game vs the Jets. Lebou assumed he was going to play us instead of the Jets and said his zone blitzes don't work against Brady and would change it up

That was very confounding- that he readily admitted it. Yet we didn't gameplan for it. Just like all the clues were there that the Jets were going to gamble with flooding the backfield with quarter and half coverage for the playoff game.

I don't care for the horsesh!t BB and Brady spouted the last few days talking about how they weren't surprised by what the Steelers threw at them. I didn't watch the second half but I do know that we didn't get the stacks and cross routes going until later in the first half.

The Steelers didn't just play man to man throughout, they played it pretty well (very tight). Kudos to them. The only way we could have kept them honest was to throw PA after PA after them to get them to stack the box, but you all know what happened.
