if the pats do go back to the 3-4 with Warren back it wont be Andre Carter who only had 2 sacks last year as a OLB and Mark Anderson who i dont think has ever played OLB it will be the Cunningham and Ninkovich who can set the edge, the only hope this defense has at becomeing a good run stoping team and haveing any kind of pass rush is Questionable with a back injury

I'm glad to see Warren back. He played really well in the preseason. I was surprised they cut him.

This news is tempered by the fact that the Jets just resigned the next DeMarcus Ware - Aaron Maybin.

Gerard Warren is a good signing, for sure. I bet he had other offers. I think this D is having an identity crisis. 4-3 2-gap, Secondary playing 80% Zone could be win. Maybe an identity crisis isn't so bad.

Spikes looks useless out there right now. Whatever it takes, I hope we fix THAT as soon as possible.

Again did you read what i am saying. My plan to get carter/anderson to rush not against tackles but TE , RB . This will actually help them. I propose this as a way to fix the pass rush.

having carter/anderson pound there head against a tackle when you can help them. i will even sneak haynesworth with vince inside so create more matchup.

we will rushing 5 similar to the steelers and play zone but we get to the QB.
last year Steelers game we did this knowing what every happens one of DL will be matched with a Non OL.

You agree it will take more than three games to perfect a totally different approach?

Can Albert play as 3-4 DE??? He hated NT and that is Vince's job anyways.
