I'm like just play ... never mind the power play ... just play like it's 5 v 5.

I do like the look of Chara in front of the net ... that has possibilities. Also ... Seguin taking the shots looks good also - the kid has an A+ slap shot and it is accurate and he gets it off quickly. If i could use a golf analogy ... when you're in the woods we used to say aim for a tree ... you won't hit it. Just aim for a defenders legs ... you will likely miss and the puck will get on net.

Bruins have settled into the game as the first period has progressed. Let's hope they can continue this pressure and capitalize on the amount of puck they've had.

I agree ... Tampa came out on fire which was expected ... their over aggression cost them 2 goals as we capitalized on mistakes. We are like the Canadians ... playing soundly waiting for mistakes ... .

Tampa is better in the middle of the ice ... we own the boards and so far the series.

why the hell are they falling down. Skating along and the feet go out from under then on more than one occasion.

It seems like the Bruins are trying to skate the puck into the goal on the PP rather than trying a few shots. They've scored 2 bullets in open play glove side yet refuse to pull the trigger during the 5 on 4.

Set up for an interesting 3rd period. Tampa hasn't shown much other than on the PP.

I wish we had tampas PP

Bruins WILL win game 7. No way they lose this one at home.

When you play worse with a man up..and are playing one of the best PP units in the NHL..its never good...

For all the over-the-top hype Tim Thomas gets, he lets in a lot of soft goals. Just my $.02. This coming rom a guy who has not watched much hockey since the Orr days.

I totally agree and I have watched most of the bruins games this season....When he is locked in then he is amazing but it almost takes him letting in a soft goal to get locked in.....

Also what is up with the bruins giving up a goal in the first 2 min of every freaking game? Do they like playing from behind or what....In game 7 they need to get a 2 goal lead so they can try and suffocate the lightning in the neutral zone and for God's sake do not put them on the PP.....

Yeah, I noticed that too...like they're being shot by invisible bullets.

I think my favorite play of the game was right after Krejci scored to close to 4-3, Boychuk pinches on a puck he had zero percent chance of getting to, leading to a 2 on 1 where Ference refused to get in the way of the shot, the pass, or the return pass. Not really a 2 on 1, more accurately a 2 on 0. WTF? I wanted to turn off the TV after that but couldn't do it. What an easy defensive play to make, and it just killed all that hard-earned momentum.

He's a let in a few soft ones, but overall I believe he deserves all the credit he gets. The guy has been tough most of the time and is a very big reason they've made it this far.

being as bad as they are on their powerplay...i cant believe they got the game 7 of this series
