Still some quality to be had. Bolling, Romeus, Acho, Herzlich, Klug, Matthews, and Kerley are just some of the players that are available that I am intrigued by. That said, I have learned to not allow myself to be disappointed and rather to evaluate why a selection was made rather than to project which one will come next.

spin the magical ...draft wheel... :rocker:

well you got a long time to think about it....we dont pick again until 138...just a little whipped cream on the top of this crappy cake...

Big fan of Karl Klug and Dain Taylor. Person is my late-round OL pick. Super sleeper: Keith Darbut.

As far as the defensive end/outside linebacker position goes, New England might have an interest in Greg Romeus, Ricky Elmore and Karl Klug. Or, Marc Schiechl and Cliff Matthews. Another name to consider at outside linebacker is Doug Hogue.

I also like Markus White DE Florida State as a OLB prospect.

Keiser and Marecic both of Stanford are my personal favorites.

But would not mind taking a red shirt flyer on Romeus.

Best available Day 3...Alex Henery kicker Nebraska

The Ghost is good but honestly ask yourself Do you trust this guy late in the season like we did Vinatieri. I just dont know. I have a better feeling on this kid Henery

thank you!

Herzlich late anyone???:)

if anything he can ride IR/PUP list w/ ease until he is ok for duty

I knew of the Atlanta thing.

Round for starts at what#?

Romeus is another one of those players who might have had a first round grade if not for circumstances beyond or within that player's control. These circumstances can range from character concerns or recent health or durability issues.

Belichick seems to be taking chances on these players beginning with last season's draft with Rob Gronkowski. This year, you've Ras-I Dowling, Ryan Mallett and Marcus Cannon.
