Ok folks.. this is my mock and it is heavly empashzing Value. I didn't start out with any players slotted in certain places I went on based needs and value at positions.. let me know what you think

1. Carolina Panthers: Cam Newton, QB, Auburn -- No Suprise here the biggest gamble for this franchise a true boom or bust case in affect.

2. Denver Broncos: Marcell Dareus, DT, Alabama -- A versatile and productive big man.. this pick could be P. Peterson but I think they go with Dareus

3. Buffalo Bills: Von Miller, DE/OLB, Texas A&M -- Again Peterson could go here but I can see this as a pick to get to the QB's in the AFC East. Look for a qb selection in 2nd round.

4. Cincinnati Bengals: A.J. Green, WR, Georgia -- No brainer here with Ochocinco and TO and Carson Palmer on there way out the Bengals start with arguably the best player in the draft

5. Arizona Cardinals: Patrick Peterson, CB, LSU -- They have a need a CB and can get into the sweepstakes in round 2 for a QB

6. Cleveland Browns: Julio Jones, WR, Alabama -- To much need here to pass up one of the two top tier Wr's .. DE is a need but can pick one up in the 2nd round at a great VALUE

7. San Francisco 49ers: Blaine Gabbert, QB, Missouri -- With Peterson off the board they grab there QB and will look to 2nd round for a Brandon Harris type pickup or DT which should be there.

8. Tennessee Titans: Nick Fairley, DT, Auburn -- Pick makes to much sense here. It's great value and there is a connection there with a former coach. Another alternative is trade back here to grab Jake Locker ..

9. Dallas Cowboys: J.J. Watt, DE/DT, Wisconsin -- This may come as a surprise but Cowboys apparently love the kid.. and it's a need

10. Washington Redskins: Tyron Smith, OT, USC -- Huge need here and I think if they don't trade down here they grab Smith..

11. Houston Texans: Aldon Smith, DE/OLB, Missouri -- I think this is one of the safer picks in the draft .. They have a need and apparently are in love with the kid..

12. Minnesota Vikings: Jake Locker, QB, Washington -- They need a QB desperately.. there HC has made this apparent and if they are smart they grab there guy here and are still able to get good Dline Help early in the 2nd round.

13. Detroit Lions: Prince Amukamara, CB, Nebraska -- Patience pays off.. instead of trading up they get there guy and tons of VALUE .. no brainer..

14. St. Louis Rams: Corey Liuget, DT, Illinois -- They love this guy .. also look for a trade back to Chargers / Jack / Pats

15. (TRADE) Tampa Bay Buccaneers Cameron Jordan, DE, California -- Bucs send the #20 and #84 picks to Miami for #15 and #151 -- Miami looks to grab there QB for the future at #20.. stay tuned!! Tampa jumps ahead of NE and San Diego to grab they guy they have been looking for. There will be calls for Robert Quinn here but I don't think he fits as well as Jordan..

16. Jacksonville Jaguars:Ryan Kerrigan, DE, Purdue -- Kerrigan is the type of player that general manager Gene Smith looks for. He was in school for four years. He was a 3-year starter. He was an Academic All-America. He has a non-stop motor and a blue-collar attitude. He was a team captain with no character concerns.

Oh, and Kerrigan is a good player who fills a need as well. The Jaguars had just three sacks in their final five games. With Aaron Kampman coming off his second ACL tear in two years and Jeremy Mincey being unproven, Jacksonville desperately needs help at defensive end.

17.New England Patriots: Robert Quinn, DE, North Carolina Just like in 2004 NFL Draft (Insert Vince Wilfork) we have a stud fall into our laps!! If he is not here.. I am thinking we trade into the early 20's with Philly or KC. Not enough Value here for anyone else imo..

18. San Diego Chargers: Muhammad Wilkerson, DE/DT, Temple ---- I know Pats fans he would be perfect for us but a Hybrid Rush OLB/DE guy is what we have a bigger need for and Quinn is a better value.. San Diego could trade back here as well.. I bet they are kicking themselves for not moving up for there guy earlier..

19. New York Giants: Anthony Castonzo, OT, Boston College -- Total need here and is perfect fit for the Giants .. here comes the run on OT"s ..

20. (TRADE) Chicago Bears: Gabe Carimi, OT, Wisconsin -- Chicago is in love with this kid and they need a RT. The Bears send #29,#127 and 160 to the Dolphins for #20 -- Miami is getting valuable picks and a prime spot to grab there QB of the future.. (I know the Dolphins are not this smart)

21. Kansas City Chiefs: Nate Solder, OT, Colorado -- Value here for a need and they can get a DT and an OLB type in next two rounds.

22. Indianapolis Colts: Derek Sherrod, OT, Mississippi State -- Not there first choice but they end up with the last premier OT's to protect Peyton.

23. Philadelphia Eagles: Jimmy Smith, CB, Colorado -- Corner is a huge need for them and Andy Reid can handle a guy like this.. Good VALUE pick

24. New Orleans Saints: Da'Quan Bowers, DE, Clemson -- Wow surprise here that he lasts this long.. The Saints can't let him pass by here to much VALUE

25. Seattle Seahawks: Mike Pouncey, OG/C Florida -- Even though they will be tempted to take a QB here.. I see them jumping on value and a need as well.

26. Baltimore Ravens: Cameron Heyward, DE/DT, Ohio State -- It's no secret that Baltimore loves him and if he is there at 26 they take him..

27. (Trade) Buffalo Bills: Andy Dalton QB, TCU -- The Bills make a bold move here and get the QB that they have been desiring all along. It makes sense for Atl as they move back to 34 and can grab the TE Kyle Rudolph that they have been looking for. Buffalo trades #34 ,#122 and 2012 #2nd round pick

28. (Trade) Cincinnati Bengals: Christian Ponder, QB, Florida State: Cinn gives up #35 and 2012 First Round Pick. BB is in the middle of the feeding frenzy with Miami on the clock next and poised to take Mallett or Ponder they strike here... This was tough as some great talent is available here but the Bengals will be a Top 10 Pick GUARANTEED!!

29. Miami Dolphins: Ryan Mallett, QB, Arkansas -- Miami with not much in the way of fire power for draft picks gets a 3rd round pick and the QB of there future.. Brandon Marshall likes Mallett and is in the mold of Dan Marino..

30. NY Jets: Phil Taylor, NT, Baylor -- They like this guy and is a Rex type of player .. They are tempted to take Mark Ingram here as well.

31. Pittsburgh Steelers: Danny Watkins OG, Baylor -- I wish they wouldn't but it makes too much sense.. they can pick up value CB in the later rounds. They need help on that Oline

32. Green Bay Packers: Brooks Reed, DE/OLB, Arizona -- If the Packers stay put at No. 32, they'll be targeting Cameron Heyward, Akeem Ayers, Muhammad Wilkerson and Brooks Reed. The two left are Ayers and Reed, so either one could be the pick. They could also grab Mark Ingram but I think they will go after Clay Mathews II ..

Pats Picks for the rest of the draft
#33 -- New England Patriots: Mark Ingram, RB , Alabama -- Nuff Said.. INSANE VALUE HERE!!
#35 -- (Trade) Oakland Raiders: Colin Kaepernick, QB, Nevada -- Oakland trades #48 and 2012 1st round pick to get there QB of the future outbidding Tennessee (Yes Folks that makes 3 1st round picks in Rookie Salary Cap Draft Potentially)
#48 -- Kendrick Ellis (NT/DE) A Big DE/DT that BB Likes.. interesting pick here
55 KC (Trade up to grab Brandon Harris CB they swap 3rd rounders with KC for #74)
#86 -- KJ Wright OLB Getting younger in the LB Corps
#92 --Clint Boling (OG/OT) Versatile guy perfect for out Zone Blocking Scheme
#125 -- Brandon Fusco (OG/C)
#159 -- Jarred Fayson (WR) --
#193 -- Dale Fink QB

While I disagree with the value you place on some players, it's the right approach.

Nice job here.

Not sure I like Mallett coming into the division, as for some reason I am worried about him the most of all the QB's.

I could care less about the supposed 'character concerns,' and I think they're overhyped to be honest. What kid doesn't party in college?

Talent-wise, I think he has a tremendous amount, and a HUGE arm to boot. I know I am in the minority, but I'd rather him go somewhere else. Pro-style offense and a gun slinger to boot.

I agree.. I tried not to be biased in my picks...I think he will do well

Although I'd love for us to trade down 7 spots for a 2012 1st rounder it aint gonna happen.

I dont get some of these trade scenario's I see thrown out there. I know that Cincy's management is extremely incompetant. But I cant see them trading what could be a top 10 pick in 2012 to move up 7 spots. I could see them doing that for #17 to get Locker.

if quinn falls to 17 ill ***** myself. not gonna happen.

ill also be mad we didnt trade into the 13 range to get him if that were the case

I 100% agreed with you UNTIL I saw the Gruden special. He comes across as withdrawn and somewhat thuggish. He does not seem to have the personality of a leader. If you saw last year's Gruden special, he presents far worse than Jimmy Clausen, whose demeanor was very poor compared with Bradford, McCoy and Tebow.

He's a turd of a person, he even said "I don't pay attention to outside criticism, unless it's from a coach". Ok, so he considers his coach an outsider?

If you put Matt Leinart's attitude into Drew Bledsoe's physical attributes, you pretty much get Ryan Mallett. Unfortunately for him, there's little room in the 2011 NFL for a statuesque pocket passer who comes across like he knows everything and has little desire to better himself. Maybe the best arm in the draft, but has the look of a coach/GM/and franchise killer.

If this hype of not having Free Agency etc and the possibility of not having a QB this year .. they have to consider it.. Also they get there two young guys in the first round. Remember Tennessee will also be bidding as well as Arizona and Oakland.

He suffers from an acute case of what I like to call "dumb face."

Quinn is gone by #12.....Without a Doubt

Remember, this isn't BRADY Quinn who was smartly dissed by many teams...its Robert Quinn who is a much bigger talent

If the Pats want Quinn they are going to have to deal 17 and 33 to get him

I think some team will find that out the hard way after grabbing him in round 1.

That's a great point, as I have not gotten a strong look at his handling of himself besides a few situations here and there. I did not catch the 'Mallett' version of the QB Camp show as of yet, and I may certainly agree with you.

He seems like a very strange situation of borderline douchebaggery and incredible talent. All in all, I certainly tend to agree with his propensity to act full of himself--stupid--or confused. Maybe a strange combo of all 3.

Regardless, I still think that he may have the best overall skill set. It's a shame that he isn't a higher character person, and that very well may cost him tremendously.

Prediction: Newton and Dareus will drop very far, very fast. The farther down it goes, the smarter and less desperate the teams are, and they won't take the gamble on either of two guys who are going to prove to be vapor-ware.

I think I speak for a lot of people when I say if we get Quinn and 3 first rounders next year, I'll... be wondering how BB managed to hypnotize people.

It'd be good for the Patriots (meets a few needs, gets us a solid RB in Ingram), but I just can't see it happening. One of the two trades? Maybe. Both? Good luck.

Wow! Very bold prediction. Good things come to those that wait.
