NFC Championship Game: Packers at Bears

Maybe its a good thing we didn't have to potentially face the Packers in the SB...good lord it might have been ugly

Rodgers keeps picking apart that cover 2 shell with the quick slant. Bears are going to have to adjust to that if they want to slow down this offense.

bears D has to make some plays and STs and thats how they will win. GB's ST isnt very good.

If they actually have a RB (and it looks like they do), then GBs offense is just a terrible matchup for the Bears' D. Although Clifton getting hurt helps them; Peppers had better start dominating now, if he wants to earn that huge contract that they gave him.

What does this game feature?

2 team that the now defunct 2010 NE Patriots handled (well)...and 2 teams the fluke NYJ lost to.

It makes last wee's loss even more nauseating.

Should have been a flag on Peppers.

Seeing Jennings not call for a flag on that pass was refreshing. He wasn't fouled, and he didn't pretend that he was. It's a shame that that's such a rarity nowadays, hahaha.

GB oline starting to have some trouble

That's more like it from the Bears D. The injury to Clifton could be huge henceforth.

IMO, that'll be the story of the game if the Bears win. Peppers is going to town on Lang right now.

Green Bay is clearly winning the field position battle. Chicago needs some big plays to loosen up that pass rush.

Yeah. I'm now going to get a beer to help numb the bitterness a bit.

pats didn't beat rodgers, they barely beat a GB backup really

so they didn't 'handle' gb easily at all

I'd give my left arm for parts of the Packers defense.

If the Bears survive this early onslaught and the current field position disadvatage down just 7-0 they've got to be feeling really good

Talk about lack of adjustments. God knows why Bears insist on playing their safeties so deep. Rodgers is just going to hit the inside slant all day long because his receivers are physical and negate the outside leverage the corners put on them.

This whole James Starks thing confuses me. If guys like that are available in the sixth round, then I don't think I would ever spend a first-day pick on a RB.

It's not even a game.

Bears defense has refused to adjust and they are giving up chunks of yardage to the Packers running attack.

Or they could lose the game before halftime, take your pick

Arian Foster should confuse you even more. The guy went undrafted.
