He was better than normal, but I still believe he's going to take a turd in Pittsburgh or in the big game against the Packers. Any team with 1/2 a pass rush will force him into making those bad throws. Unfortunately, the pass-rush has been long extinct in these parts.

Stop it. What "fuels this team" is a well-deserved inferiority complex which won't disappear until they win a SB for the first time since Woodstock. All the credit they get for today is well-deserved. They were clearly the better team. From here on in, we'll see.

Congratulations Jests. The proverbial horseshoe up the a#% season you have been blessed with continues, unfortunately. You may have beaten the Patriots on the field today, but your team has "Super Bowl or Bust" written all over it, and you are not winning it all this year in my opinion, sorry to say.

The Patriots are young and still in the process of reloading to contend for the next DECADE. The Jests will dismantle after this year and the stars are aligning for another Patriots Reign.

I would like to say to all Patriots fans on this board that it has been a pleasure conversing with each and every one of you. I will be around here and there (especially during the draft), and am looking forward to the 2011 season.

Very True..... Pitts, demon is NE and NE's has been the Colts as of late. For the Jets it has been 40yrs of all of the above. My point is Pitts has to feel more confident in beating the Jets at home than NE on the road.

I respect the fact that like an increasing amount of trash talkers to the pats,they backed up their words with their performance and beat us,trash talkers have done well against the pats and backed it up more and more often the past few years,trash talking does not mean the pats will embarrass them like they used to do in the glory years.

....gotta respect that no matter how disgusting the trash talking got...i respect them a tad more now.

With that being said,i would rather watch paint dry next sunday than to see the 2 teams i hate more than any others face off to go to the super bowl

Even though the Jets are still my most hated team in the NFL....I have MUCH MUCH more respect for them now. I usually get pretty pissed off after a loss to the Jets, but for some reason this one doesn't piss me off. Jets proved they can back up their talk with their play. Kudos to them.

i don't know how anyone can't respect that defense, especially in the playoffs the last 2 years

they've had to go against the pats, colts (twice) and chargers offenses

those are year in and year out the highest scoring offenses in the nfl, and aside from one bad half vs the colts (last playoffs), the jets have been pretty stellar on defense

Jets knocked off a 14-2 team with the GQBOAT that was red hot.

They are legit. This cements it. This rivalry will be great the next couple of years.

brady isn't the best of all time, that was montana, brady's #2

brady's been not that clutch for a while now though , i think he needs to get his GM to go after vincent jackson in the offseason
