Anybody Else A Packers Fan Now?

Nope, I'm a steelers and bears fan now and a bears fan in the Super Bowl.

If the Jets beat the Colts, Pats and Steelers, all on the road, then as much as I hate them they're pretty much the definition of a deserving team IMO.

yep...pretty scary if they can pull that off. 3 road wins at the Colts, Patriots and Steelers would be something to brag about for years. Especially when you consider...the AFC has sent the
Colts
Steelers
Patriots
to 8 of the last 9 Super Bowls (Throw one Raiders in there)

That would be a "turning point" of dominance if you ask me.

absolutely! im just pissed that the steelers or the jets are going to be representing the afc

Reminds me of Colts/Jets AFCCG last year. No matter which team won, I was just rooting for them to lose the SB.

Best case scenario is the Steelers embarrass the Jets next week and then lose a close one to the Packers.

The Jets going to the Super Bowl would be an abomination and Big Ben trying Brady in rings is also not appealing. Go Packers, completely eliminate Brett Favre from your memories.

Great thread guys... I think the Packers will not dissappoint you. They are peaking at exactly the right time... and coincidentally, it sounds like some players are saying that the Patriots game was the point when they really turned it on, when they realized that they could hang with any team in the league even if they had to start their backup quarterback.

Count me in, Rodgers winning a Super Bowl make Favre just a little more irrelevant. I like that.

Go Green Bay!

I just became a huge fan of Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers.

Will be until I wake up from this bad dream.

Anyone else with me?

Re: Go Green Bay!

always been a fan of rodgers.

Re: Go Green Bay!

Go NFC is more like it. Steelers win another one, they've basically become what we were, so any talk of Belichick and Brady will also have to include the Steelers and Big Ben.

Re: Go Green Bay!

Absolutely. Would love to see The Pack win it all. Much like the Saints last year, this years Packer team is very likable and easy to root for.

Re: Go Green Bay!

Go Packers!!!!!
Ben is insufferable and Ryan and the Jests even more so.

Re: Go Green Bay!

I am the biggest Packer fan the next 3 weeks. Absolutely would not be able to stomach a Steelers/Jets super bowl win.

If the Packers or Bears win the super bowl, I'll still consider this year a success. We have alot to look forward to with our team and a year with the run we had and playoff experience for the younger players is only going to help down the road.

Hate the ******* packers...it runs deep.

But I'll be waving a ******* terrible towel next week...woo-hoo

This article is a huge overreaction... couple facts to consider:
- Mike Florio is a life-long Vikings fan. Well know that Vikings fans hate the Packers.
- Aaron Rodgers was wearing headphones and its not certain that he even heard the fan.
- Few NFL players do more to contribute to charities, often for the MACC fund which helps with childhood cancer, sometimes away from the prying eyes of the media.
- There is absolutely nothing in Rodgers' past that would lead anyone to believe that this is at all in his character. Why would he intentionally snub a cancer patient when there is a camera right there?
- watch the full video (not the one that PFT linked to... curious that the video is cut off right after the "snub" and didn't show the rest.)

Aaron rodgers is the best QB left in the playoffs and i love watching him throw it around. The steelers creamed in their pants when this game ended. Tom brady or sanchez who would you rather game plan for?

Packers vs Steelers SB I like the pack and AR enters the discussion as the next elite QB of the new generation.

Go PACK!

If it's Jets-Bears, I may just skip the SB.

Help me, Aaron Rodgers; you're my only hope.

Thanks for that BCC. Packer fans and Bear fans have both been great in their discussions on the forum here this season. Absolute polar contrast to the majority of Jets fans, with of course one or two exceptions. Best of luck to both teams next week, and again in February.
