Belichick and Brady have lost that mojo in the playoffs

Both of them had it during the regular season, they were flawless, this season was special until tonight.. Brady played timid and Belichick coached timid, that fake punt was the difference in the game... and the d off that td in the third, should have stepped up, but they didnt... they let a inferior coach and qb beat them up and down the field... the jets deserve to win the game because the pats have lost it... it is the mojo in the playoffs, they may have won a billion in a row at home in the reg season but they are 0-2 in the last 2 home playoff games and despite the score today, they were out coached and out played today.... where was the fire from brady??? where was the urgancy in the fourth with 8min togo???? disapointing ... This was like the giants game, a story like the grogan and the wall gate issuie comes out before the game, and the pats were outplayed by a team they totaly outplayed in dec... and out coached... this loss is squarly on Belichick and Brady.....

You can also throw out Belichick is great and can prepare for anybody if you give him 2 weeks... just sad that we wasted another opportunity of Tom Brady's carrer to get him a super bowl legacy... but Brady who played scared today is at fault today...

How do those two thoughts go together?

I don't believe in voodoo/curses and whatnot but ever since Plaxico caught that ball in the endzone it smashed the team's magic.

Of course they have..teams now love to come in here and play them..no one is afraid of this team..they are soft in the playoffs

They are soft in the playoffs because the Patriots defense is soft.

Brady just isn't consistent enough. He stink up more than a couple of games during the regular season and also has a couple of average games.

Nope wouldn't say they have lost their mojo. This is a very young team with a lot of guys who had their first taste of playoff football tonight. They will be back better and stronger and more prepared next season.

No one plays a prefect game all regular season and playoff games, just doesn't happen.

Yupp. That's why I don't agree with the OP. Brady just has random bad games.

Overreaction you guys. 14-5? **** that's a great playoff record regardless . I mean come on 10-0? it was only a matter of time til they dropped. We'll be okay Brady still has 4-5 more years left in his prime our defense was the youngest in the league this season and we have a draft coming up that should give us talented players. My main focus should be on Pass rushers and a vertical threat Brandon Tate not doing it for me.

There are open spots for new fans of the other 31 teams.

Most Pat fans are irrational right now, you can't blame him for having a brain fart.

Not making any excuses, but I really thought at the beginning of the game that Brady was unwell today. Right from when the Pats game out of the tunnel, Brady looked quiet and slow. He kept on the underarmour balaclava all game long (even though it wasn't that cold), his throws were badly off, no emotion or passion at the sidelines etc.

This lost is on the inexperienced of the players.

The pats are the youngest team in the league and when they went on that 9 game winning streak than had a bye it killed any fire they gained during the season.

Not to mention the d-line was banged up..............

I think all us die hard fans this hurts , how much more can you do???? The Belichick and Brady thing is dead, ok..... its frustrating but its dead.... Belichick that fake punt was a sign of panic....

No this loss is on Belichick and Brady, you go 14-2 and you did that at home???? against a team that you should be a better at , at the most important 2 positions ... Coach and QB... and we were not.... we were out coached and out played by the worst qb in the nfl , he sucks... he steps in crap and we gave him a whole pile to step in.....

Like at the beginning of the season, I pointed out these fairweather fans... now they show their true signs again. It's also hard to throw when everyone is covered and you have no vertical threat. I would have loved to have Moss right now. Time to draft a guy who can stretch the field and play good next year.
