In the NFL Carroll couldn't hold Dungy's jock.. Dungy has shown he can get two different teams to win, just not the big one. Dungy's teams improve year after year, while Carroll's get worse.

Dungy is far from a cheerleaer. At times I wonder if he's still alive on the sideline.

Dungy sucks. There is a reason why Tampa went on to win the Superbowl as soon as they got rid of this guy.

I think comparing Dungy to Carrol is a low blow... even though I can't figure out why he didn't adopt a gameplan that used James better
