Anyone know if tickets are still on sale for that seminar? lol

I think Tiger is going to be the keynote speaker...

...or and Suggs, not only did you severly set yourself up for some serious ramifications should something really happen, no one cares what you think bud...sorry.

Brady is one of a handful of players that elevate the NFL's popularity so that Suggs can get paid an absurd amount to play a game for a living. Suggs isn't anywhere near that list. That's the final word.

I see no threats here. Just a bunch of guys talking tough even though nothing will come of it.

Sounds like a bunch of trash talk to me. I read nothing into Suggs' "last laugh" line. I thought Brady had the best line, "They sure talk a lot for a team that's beaten us once in nine years."

Terrell Suggs says he'll have last laugh over Tom Brady | National Football Post

Just when you think that Bart Scott is the biggest trash talking loudmouth dirtbag in the NFL comes along Mr. Suggs who apparently by his words is threatening Brady on the next meeting between the two especially if they meet again this year.

Players who even use threatening types of words should be dealt with by Goodell,Was he threatening bodily harm to Brady the next time they play?....I think so.

I rarely if ever wish injury to players, but I am hoping a Bills OL this weekend chop blocks Sugg's Knees and sends him to IR

Suggs has the mindset and maturity of a 2 year old....enough said.

I'm surprised Brady got baited into this horsesh*t....all that does is give a very dangerous team more bulletin board material. Bill needs to get all players back to zipping it....

There's 3 certain things in life, death, taxes and the Ravens complaining after a loss...

I think some of you guys on here would accept Hitler on the team if he could tackle and Bin Laden on the team if he could rush the passer.

Bin Laden is too tall to get leverage on the pass rush, plus has Crable-like chicken legs. Now if we could get Idi Amin, he's got a body suited for nose tackle.

Hitler's on the IR and Bin Laden is made of glass.

(Edit: Damn, I was beaten to it by a few folks!)

Poor choice of words by the OP no doubt. If Terrell Suggs were on this team I'd for one be happy about it. People need to relax and understand this is entertainment. I loved seeing TFB all fired up and jawing @ suggs during the game. Suggs brought that out of him just like Anthony Smith did in 2007 it's great for the game.

I also have the scouting report on Bin Laden: his coaches @ afghanistan state said he had trouble setting the edge his entire senior year and looks stiff in space.

I don't know if it's ribbing or arrogantly mocking Tom's Hollywood style outside of football

Saying Tom whines a lot was something I didn't find very amusing

Unless you call Terrell Suggs "sizzle" I'll assume these guys are ribbing each other.

The question still remains though, Can they rush the passer? Can they? If they can then we will see and do what is best for the team.

I took it that way because it seemed more personal than team wise,I guess some can view it as him saying they will laugh last when they play us again by beating us.

You can take it several ways I guess.
If he hurts Brady next game, his words will take on significance, whether deserved or not. If he even goes low on Brady, it will look premeditated unless he backs off those statements beforehand.

Ravens haven't changed much since the had the Pats beaten in 2007 and gave that game away by being out of control. Hopefully, Suggs will be trying to sack Brady so hard next game that he will lose contain and Woodhead will run off a few 20-yarders in the area that Suggs vacated in his haste to sack.

If nobody's even got to "Hitler invented the blitz" by now, you should drop it.

Suggs unaware of Carson Palmer rule-change

“I wasn’t even paying attention,” Suggs said. “Like I said, I’ve moved on. I’m not worried about it. But I remember a certain quarterback in 2005 getting hit in the leg and didn’t nobody change no rule.

“The world went on. Somebody else got hit in the knee, the world stops and they change the rule for it. But like I said, I’m over it. I’m ready for the Buffalo Bills, and I guarantee you, I’ll have the last laugh.”

Carson Palmer - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

During the off-season, the league's rules committee modified the rule regarding low hits on quarterbacks. The new rule prohibited defenders from hitting a passer at or below the knee unless they are blocked into him. Injuries to Palmer, Pittsburgh's Ben Roethlisberger, and Tampa Bay's Brian Griese were cited as reasons for the new rule. The rule now requires that defenders take every opportunity to avoid hitting a quarterback at or below the knees when the quarterback is in a defenseless position looking to throw with both feet on the ground.

Meanwhile, the so-called "Brady rule" was just an adjustment to this rule, which clarified you can't go low while on the ground.

I just thought it was ironic that in a week in which rule changes are so widely discussed, it's clear that a high-profile NFL defender had no idea that the rules changed back in 2005, then thought it did change in 2009, when in fact, it was only a slight adjustment. But then again, Terrell Suggs is pretty damn dumb, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

Re: Suggs unaware of Carson Palmer rule-change

I'm not particularly surprised by Suggs' comments. The media paid far more attention to the 'Brady adjustment' than the 'Palmer rule'. Then they went overboard when Brady looked for a flag and got it in that game; that's something some in the media and many fans are still talking about today. Plus, 2009 is much more recent than 2005, so it would stand to reason it is better remembered. And of course there are the Ravens themselves, still whining and making excuses about any and every loss.

My guess is that Suggs is not the only NFL player that thinks that way. The media has talked extensively about the 'Brady rule'; how often do you hear them refer to the 'Palmer rule'? Players like Suggs as well as fans of other teams buy into it whole heartedly because in their mind it backs up their preconceived judgements and offers some sort of proof that they are correct in their thoughts that they and their team are not being treated fairly.
