************. These guys should just get on their knees and do the deed to the Ravens. They basically said the Pats will get killed this weekend.

Can't wait til Monday, when Mike and Mike are confused on how the pats beat the ravens easily

I would be very, VERY pleasantly surprised if we were to beat the Ravens "easily". Even with the best team in Pats history, and the Ravens fielding a horrible team with a back-up quarterback, we still barely got out of Baltimore alive. Last season, we once again managed to eek out a victory in the regular season. In the playoffs, we limped in and got pasted. If we win, I'm not expecting it to be easy at all. This is going to be a hard fought, physical game.

To be fair the Patriots are going to have to play their best game of the year to win because the Ravens are the best team in football. The Patriots could play great and still lose.

didnt watch it yet but hard to argue if someone says ravens are going to win after all the changes the team went through +questionable defense + very good ravens team + last memory of the pats/ravens being pats run all over at home...

The bookies like NE, just as they did 2 weeks ago in Miami. This time by more.

Did u say beat the ravens EASILY??.....U are either a homer or a troll if u think this will be an "easy" game.....

Looked like a pretty fair breakdown. I am gonna watch the actual game to see who wins. Then afterwards, I'll know why....

My intuition tells me that the Patriots can win this one.

The Ravens have beat the NY Jets and Pittsburg on the road. I think they are due for a let down.

Pats have had 2 weeks to game plan.

The Pats should have a little confidence swagger after the win on the road in Miami.

I expect to see a little of the addition by subtraction factor kick in. The local media mantra is that now that Moss is gone, Brady won't throw a pass longer that 10 yards and Hernandez and Welker will never be open again. I predict a few long bomb attempts from Brady to Tate and at least one successful long bomb for a TD.

I noticed the same thing. Chump just stood there with his hands on his knees like he was winded.

I was at that game and two things.

1. The wind was beyond ridiculous. I have never seen anything like that. I watched a punt go 3 rows into the sidelines and then get blown back into the field of play and fielded by Faulk.

2. It was easy to cover the Pats receivers when they held, tackled, ripped and pulled on them all game long without a second thought from the refs. Well until the end of the game when they held Watson. The call was correct but I understood why the Ravens were so upset after the game. The refs let them play that way for 59:00 minutes and finally threw a flag on the biggest play of the game.

With that said beating the Ravens will be anything but easy. They are a tough team. But I think if they can get Flacco in 3rd and 5+ they will a lot of opportunities for picks.

The guy seems a little shellshocked from the Jets game, even when he has time he is throwing off his back foot.

the wiseguys usually know their stuff (except for SB 36)

iam counting on cam cameroon to outsmart himself and come out throwing. as much as suspect our pass D is, if the raves pass more than run we have better chance IMO. The bengals tried this trick and failed , iam hoping cameroon tries this and i remember he did hand us a game - the 2006 div playoff vs chargers. needing a FG to win and LT getting easy 4+ yards on 1st down he refused to run the ball thereafter. so he is prone to this...

I cant watch this show...I cant get past baldinger's finger....he could be breaking down a naked picture of gisele and all Ill be able to focus on is that ridiculously deformed finger...get some surgery dude!

I think this will be a close, hard fought game (I know going out on a limb) but in our favor:
1) Brady at home, usually plays great
2) Game after a bye week, BB's record is rediculous
3) Flacco has been struggling especially on the road.

We'll have to play good in all three phases, offense, defense and special teams to win and hope we dont turn the ball over. The Ravens are -6 in takeaways this year, very unlike a Ravens team

In a game like this it's not like the Pats to win the game easily. During their super bowl wins they didn't win games easily either. If they are going to beat the Ravens they will need to put up points, and with the Branch X-factor (I'll call it) they could very well do so. No doubt the Ravens will put up a lot of points too with their revamped offense.

I don't care about "easily". The patriots just don't lose home games or games after the bye. This is no time to change trends.

That being said, the ravens are one of the top three teams in the nfl, and at this point, we are not.

I'm not about ready to throw Randy under the bus, but had he ran up there and blocked, Welker could have gotten more yards. Instead he lets little Wesley get hit by three guys. Nice.

this is true. I fully expect the Pats to slug this out and barely come out on top if they are truly the super bowl winning team we know and love. Even if they lose a close one I would still feel confident. A blow out in either direction I would be concerned with.
