I know the story that's out in cyberspace has sterger turning Brett down, and her basically not being interested, at all.

After reading everything, and listening to the messages Brett left on her phone, I think there's a little more to the story. From my experience, it seems a little more like they had a sexual encounter. Sterger decided she either didn't want to be second fiddle to Deana, or she was only interested in a one time thing.....maybe even just the bragging rights of having slept with Favre (as stupid as that sounds). She might have even moved onto another Jet...

Brett seems desperate in that last message, but I think he's desperate to keep what he believes to be a relationship going. Sterger's comments in regard to ending up in a trash can probably have something to do with Deana, as well.

Does this tarnish the "sacred" image of the NFL???? Goodell will have to address this one, if not there will be discussion of favoritism.

So does this mean that Favre gets the Big Ben treatment by the NFL and the commish's office? or Not? If this is true, he should be suspended at the very least for at least 6 games or more if we are going to be fair about accusations.

If Favre isn't suspended, then Rothlisberger ought to sue the h3ll out of the NFL.
