Wow, I can't believe he's actually made the roster after all this time. Pretty amazing with this guy's history. He must be showing something in practice.

All day today I kept seeing the number 98. 98 flakes in my cereal, took a 98 minute drive, got off at mile 98 on the highway, paid $98 for car door maintenance which took another 98 minutes, and while waiting I read a pamphlet entitled "101 ways to save money on your energy bills" but somebody had torn out the page holding tips 95 through 97.

If the opposition have to double team him does that mean they've been Crable tied.

Imagine if he actually makes a snap.

If he takes someone out of the game do they go on the Discrabled list?

I'm stoked to see Crable back, let's hope that the injuries after injuries pattern is over.
BB thought highly enough of him to give him chance after chance.
Gave him more chances than Vince Redd and Corey Mays, he has to see something special in him.
The kids been working hard evidenced by the black jersey award and subtle praise for BB if this guy is tuned in physically and mentally we could have one answer to the pass rush.

I honestly think the Patriots will beat Buffalo, something like 21-17, and people will be more apesh#t about this win than they were over the loss to the NYJ...

My excitement about Crable comes from 3 places

1. He is a physical freak at 6'5 250 lbs who in college showed he could play in coverage and made something like 23 TOFL. Hard to find guys who can and have done both at the 3-4 olb spot.

2. He fills a desperate need for this team: A 3-down olb who can provide a boost in the pass rush.

3. Given that hes played in ONE preseason game his entire career, always been hurt, and was cut for all of training camp this year, BB and the staff must see some legitimate talent in practice. In other words why would they go through all this trouble and time for a guy they didn't think could play, and play well?

I hope he plays on Sunday. If he gets hurt and goes on the IR though, I might snap.

Personally I've always thought he's a physical freak (don't knock the calves) with exceptional speed. We'll see if he does anything, but I'm excited by the prospect of another young pass rusher.

I hope he gets playing time so they can evaluate him further in game conditions. Breaking him in against Bills may boost his confidence if he can get a few pressures or a sack.
