Reactions to the Zoltan Mesko Selection

Very nice pick. Good addition to an already good draft.

I wouldn't stake my future on a sixth round pick out of Michigan.

Zoltan Mesko sounds like a magician.

As others have noted, being a lefty is huge IMO.

He's a big dude. I wonder if he can rush the passer?

They drafted the best punter in the draft, and TB picked the second rated punter not long after this. Clearly, they timed it very well indeed.

The team just went from possibly the worst punter in the league to somebody I believe will be a top 5 punter this year.

Field position will be MUCH improve this season. Huge leg. Great at dropping it inside the twenty, and on top of it teams will get the ball spinning the opposite way, because the dude is a lefty.

Zoltan is a fairly common Hungarian name.

Can he take over The Hefty Lefty nickname now that Jared Lorenzen is out of the NFL?

The fact that he never had a punt plocked is amazing considering Michigans punt blocking.

One of the guys at the NFLN was all over that. It's amazing that he's never been blocked .

Mesko may be one of the biggest and strongest kickers ever,I think they said he is 6'4 and 245 pounds?

I read that he bench pressed 265 pounds 16 times at the combine which was the same as McCourtny and Spikes.

This is a kicker that will kick your ass.
