Another one of us who lost his man card...

Just imagine all the cards that would have been turned in if the draft was being run on a weekday and the 'non-dominant' men had to admit that their wives wouldn't let them put the draft on because they were watching their soaps. ;)

It's even worse if you live in the UK. Sky aren't even showing the draft live this year

Last year I camped out in front of the TV on both Saturday and Sunday with a sack of popcorn and a few litres of Coke. This year I have to stay up overnight on Thursday (starts 00.30am Friday, probably finishes around 4am). I've taken Friday off work, then I have to stay up Friday night (starts 11.30pm, god knows when it finishes) and then lose my Saturday afternoon and evening too (starts 3pm, wipes out the evening).

Not. Even. Funny.

I'll just be happy if i can find a reliable stream to watch the draft.

I'm with you there dude.

With the new format sucking as much as it does, I don't even expect to watch the draft, so there's no shot at having any party.

i never watched it much before anyway. once i got a PDA, i could track the picks I cared about while doing Saturday chores. i can't see taking an entire evening to wait for 32, 10 second announcements...sort of how i feel about the Academy Awards, come to think of it.

no party just me my TV and a sandwitch. and maybe my wife will pop in when the pats pick but thats it no party.

...And yes if there's an "All-new Grey's Anatomy" on I'll be forced to watch the draft on one of the smaller TV's.

No Pre-nup, I see!

never held a "draft party" in my life and never will.

Unfortunately it's all in the numbers......3 females to 1 male in the house. So I basically haven't had an opinion in over 15 years!

With that many females in one house, you are lucky American Idol isn't on Thursday too or you would be in the back yard watching on an old B&W TV.

That would up the ante from moderate to drinking heavily!

lol i have 4 females to 1 male. that why i have 5 TV's and 3 PC's running in the house if not i would never get to watch TV or use the PC lol

nope. I have never had a draft party and it has been years since I was at one. I have not even watched the draft the last few years. I have to work Thursday night anyways.

I have a house in the mountains with DirecTV. My two kids and a couple of their friends are going up Thursday evening, I will get up there on Sat morning for the later rounds.

I do not like the new format, I could understand starting it on Friday evening, but Thursday?
