None taken. I posted the poll to guage the reaction of the forum. You certainly have the right to an opinion, just like I have the right not to care if some dude from Connecticut thinks I'm a douche.

And alright, ************, I won't do it. There are a bunch of sensitive nancies on this forum (tobias funke not included) that take the game of football as well as posting on the internet far too seriously. Some of the posts and anonymous attacks via thread tag were ridiculous enough, but the amount of PM's I'm receiving have crossed the threshold of ridiculousness. Mods, if you could please close and/or delete this thread before someone goes into cardiac arrest.

However, I do have to say that I did get a good laugh out of the unintended irony of getting called a "****bag" via thread tag. But I say "MEH". After all, you are what you eat.

Should I feel guilty about cheering for the JETS. I think what they have done with their defense in an offensively drive league is admirable. I am not about to start yelling the JETS chant but let's face it. I think every true Pats fan out there hates the Colts more than the JEts. If the JETS win, they will be blown out in the SB in front of the whole nation. Even better they will be set up for a nice trip back to earth next year when the PAts whoop up on them. I say, somewhat painfully, JEts jeTS JEts. tHAT IS, UNTIL THE SB.

On Sunday, we posted an item regarding the status of Chargers receiver Vincent Jackson's legal entanglement from the days preceding the team's 2008 division-round loss to the Steelers.

And, as luck would have it, Jackson encountered another legal entanglement in the hours preceding the team's 2009 division-round loss to the Jets.

According to 10news.com, Jackson was pulled over by a San Diego police officer on Sunday.

A department spokesman said the officer stopped Jackson because his music was too loud.

The officer cited Jackson for having expired vehicle tags and driving with a suspended license, a misdemeanor under California law. Jackson was handcuffed "for a short period of time," but the officer opted not to take Jackson to jail.

Still, Jackson's car was impounded, and he hitched a ride to the game with quarterback Philip Rivers.

Jackson's DUI charges from January 2008 are still pending

I hate the chargers. I hate Rivers more than I could ever hate the jets, but that's just me. I'm really glad they lost. I don't like their fans, they suck.
If you want to go there and screw with them, then you have my blessing.
