What an amazing job by the Twins, to come back and force a play-in game with Detroit. Will be watching tuesday, the Twins have hardly any money and a pitching staff with a bunch of losers but still do good. I hope they beat Detroit.

Kudos to the Twins, and a WTF to the Tigers. Talk about playing some crap arse baseball. Is there team that bad? Where would they be without Verlander.

I really want the Twins to win !

If they win, Mauer should take the MVP !

I sure don't want to see Jeter win the MVP.

Twins have plenty of money they just choose not to put it into the ballclub.

Well I was rooting for the Tigers ... mostly because I like Leyland.

What a collapse ... this will set them back a few years. Twins were 3 games back with 4 to go. It was a heck of a baseball game. The fundamentals of the game were all in play. Oh well ... Yankees beat up on the Twins now they're drinking like fishes.

It was great baseball that was just played. Two teams playing a sudden death game, and it going 12 innings! Awesome, feel bad for Twins though, probably didn't get champagne since they have a game tomorrow and they start the playoff series tomorrow! That does not bode well for them.

Maybe that is the key to beating the Yankees; play with a buzz as according to Millar, they did shots of JD before games 4-7 in 2004 and we all know how that turned out......................

I wanted the Twins because of their momentum. Mauer is the best..... if they beat the Yankee's I will buy a Twinky hat to rub it in their faces.

One of the best high stakes games I've seen. I'm glad the Twins came from behind, but the Yankees must be smiling about facing an exhausted staff, playing at the Stadium just hours after their dramatic win. And, the Twins are 0-7 against the Skanks this year. I'm hoping for another Twinkie miracle, but am not optimistic.

That was intense yesterday. Twins managed to win it but damn.... talk about 4.5 hours of gut wrenching baseball. Now the Twins need to make
the Yankees beg for mercy. That will make me so happy. :D

Good luck Red Soxs in the playoffs. I hope the Twins get to meet up against the Red Soxs in the playoffs. No matter who wins it will be one excellent series.
