WEEI.com: Patriots Friday (9/18) Injury Report

Good grief, Welker & now Moss both not practicing and what is with all the DB's questionable - man oh man.

I'm pretty sure any player who did not practice or was limited once during the week has to be listed as questionable (if they did not practice, they must be listed as out) under the new system. So Moss could have been given the day off Friday because his back felt a little sore but he'd still have to be listed as questionable.

If Moss is out.

I stress the IF.

We would have to activate Nunn.

Otherwise we would be going in with Galloway, Edelman and Aiken.

Only one of those has any sort of downfield pace, and he doesn't appear to be able to catch.

Nunn of the above.

I had heard Belichick likes to list everybody as Probable on his injury report (that wasnt Out or Questionable)
Guess that was just folklore.

Well looks like the running game will be featured this week by default.:D

The same thing happened last year w/Moss on a Friday, can't recal the game, and he played -- for what it's worth.

Ugh, I mean I expected our usual slew of injuries this year but man oh man. Hopefully just the usual BB smoke screen

Randy gets fridays off.....not to worry.................My bet is that Welker won't play, especially with a wet field. My greatest worry is that the falcons will go on long drives, limiting the patriots' offensive oppurtunities. These types of games usually hinge on forcing a key turnover, which hasn't been our strength the last 2 years.

If the Patriots have to play with Galloway, Edleman, and Aiken, they

should concede the game to the Falcons and let Brady sit this one out.

I will mail you guys a nice gift basket if you can make this happen.

Awesomeness of this report = 0%

Were you one of those guys last September that suggested the Pats should tank the season so they could get a high draft pick?

No, but I do believe that Joey Galloway's skills have diminished to

the point where he may be the worst #3 receiver in the NFL. Tom

Brady may get injured waiting for Galloway to get open.

Holy Moly :scream:

Oh, Injury Reports...I wish I could quit you. :(

Holy Moly :scream:

Tom Brady is the best and most exciting player I have seen in my 50

years of watching Patriot's football. Unfortunately, without wide

receivers who can get open and catch the ball and offensive linemen

who can give him adequate pass protection, Tom's talents are wasted.

I hope he has someone to throw to on Sunday.

I wouldn't go that far, but I'd hope we'd run the ball 70% of the time and just let Brady complete passes to Faulk out of the backfield and Edelman out of the slot. But he is also questionable, which isn't the greatest news ever.

But, no need to worry, Randy, Wes and Julian will be healthy.

Right?
