The Bills will improve from last year, but it will still only be with an 8-8 record...T.O. can't shine with Edwards at QB...

Um... who's going to throw him the ball? You kinda need a quarterback to do that.

Trent's throwing the ball, has been for the last two years. He's progressing quite nicely. Just because he's not Tom Brady doesn't mean he can't throw the ball.

You just keep telling yourself that.

If Edwards is so good, why is TO singing the praises of Vick and saying he would be proud to be on the same team as him???

OMG, are you serious? It's because he gave his opinion that Vick was being treated unfairly in that he was suspended for four games on top of what he had already endured. According to your logic, if Tom Brady threw a TD pass to Lee Evans in the Pro Bowl and was really impressed with his route running, do you automatically assume that Brady wants to become a Buffalo Bill?

I'll bet that's what you're hoping for :D

And praying for, I do not assume anybody, including TO wants to be on the Buffalo Bills, he just did not get any other offers. Do you really think if he had gotten an offer from another team, he would be a Bill?

Or is that another delusion, that everyone wants to play for the Bills?

You forget that money talks. If he did have other offers, he still would have chose us because of the money we were offering.

Please, I'd take Peyton Manning over Brady any day of the week.

Yes because who wouldn't prefer a stat machine to a multiple Super Bowl winner right? And don't give me that garbage that Manning won one. You can thank the '06 Colts defense (playoff version) for that. If their defense played the way they had the entire 2006 season, the Colts wouldn't have even gotten past the lowly Chiefs in the Wild Card round.

Ahhhhhh, Hope springs eternal.

I've lived in Western NY (Bills Country), most of my life. It happens every year. There'll be chants of "The Bills make me wanna..... Shout", and all kinds of joy and excitement going on. They'll likely come out of the gate quick with a few wins in the first 5 game, to give the fans "more hope", but in the end...... Sadness and despair will rule the day. IT HAPPENS EVERY YEAR.

I used to hate the Bills, and their fans. Now I just feel sadness for them. They are where I used to be in the early 90's. Don't hate on Peekaboo or Levy. Really, this time of year is all they got. Let em' talk a little smack about thier "revampted" team, and how this "is finally the year". Let him even pretend we're division rivals, when we know that's a joke. In this decade, in the 18 games we've played, we lost to the Bills 2 times. The last time we lost at home was in Nov. 2000. The pre-Brady days. Rivals are not one-sided. yeah, yeah, yeah, I know the BB mantra. One game at a time. blaa, blaa, blaa. The straight truth is; Lately, the Bills are a scrimmage every year...........twice.

As for the home opener........... Peekaboo, go ahead and cheer away and sing your silly fight songs, I just wouldn't puts tons of money on the game if I were you. TO, or no, the Bills will underwhelm the NFL once again the the product they put on the field.

It's a time honored tradition at this point.

LOL, I just found this stat.

Buffalo Bills First Regular-Season Win: A 13-0 victory over the Boston Patriots, 9/23/60.

That's all the ammo I need. We beat you the first time we played, lol.

It has nothing to do with stats. It's not that I hate Brady, it's just that in a clutch situation, I would rather have Manning.

Oh my god, we have just been OWNED, people!

Here we thought we were superior to the Bills, only to learn that we lost a game to them 49 years ago when Dwight Eisenhower was still president. I have never been so ashamed.

Honestly, I can't remember the last time I was so humbled. :youtheman:

You are hilarious. It was a fact I found that had nothing to do with nothing. Good thing you guys can take a ribbing.

:eek::eek::eek:

Try watching actual NFL games. You'll learn a lot. Then again, more likely you won't.

Well if we fail to meet your standards so much you're free to leave at any time. You'd probably have more fun on a Bills board anyhow.

And folks wonder why the perception of Bills fans is they're morons.......................
