I'm giddy at the Colts entire season; that pic sums it up well:D

Something tells me that BB after hearing the news...had that devious smile he has after we pull off an great win.;)

I, for one, believe that Tony Dungy's greatest achievement is being brought on board around the same time that Bill Polian saw fit to draft Peyton Manning.

Pretty much the entire staff is staying the same, so we'll see whether Dungy was any good the next couple years.

Yes indeed.

Its funny how this year it was lets see how Belichick can operate without Brady....

Well now its going to be lets see how the Colts will operate without Dungy....

I think ESPN will make a lesser deal of the later thought.......

Very good guy where it seemed everyone around him respected him..

This IS the same guy who was a keynote speaker for a group that wants all of the hate crime laws revoked.

He's like so many people who wear their religion on their sleeves: religious so he has an excuse to think hes better than others.

It's nice seeing Edge have such a good year too:D

I used to wonder who really ran that team,Dungy or Manning. Especially early on. That whole team revolved around Peyton and I think he had a HUGE say in almost everything.

Gawd, this press conference is like a freaking church service.

Is there anything worse than a Holier then Thou, Born Again, book hawking Fraud? Give me a break. Does anyone actually think this guy could have won anything if he did not have Manning with him?

What is the over/under of hearing "He did it the RIGHT Way?" I am going with 40.

I don't care which way he did it. 3 superbowl rings is better than 1 :D

If we watch it should count for actual attendance. Like, I think we're good for at least 2 weeks:D

Hate crime laws are terrible laws. Everyone should want them repealed.

I lost track -- couldn't hear it over the sound of my own retching. When Polian said that, you just KNEW it was a veiled shot at BB.

Man, I'm sure Dungy was a good guy, but that "good Christian man" routine grew old on me pretty fast. I remember when he insisted on making a controversy about the Desperate Housewives" intro to MNF, when the actress jumped T.O's bone, turning it into a race issue. I thought, WTF is Dungy to speak out like the sport's world's moral compass, this guy hasn't won s***."

if u search dungy on google news there are so many articles and almost everyone of it compares him to be anti belichick. just more opportunity of bad press for BB this week

Does that matter? I thought we were talking about football...

You missed the reference.

When Dungy was hailed as the first African-American coach to win the Super Bowl, he made note of being a Christian coach.

It's hard to talk Dungy without talking religion, or don't you agree?

Yeah, Tony's a little self-righteous- an imperfect guy, just like the rest of us. But he was a good coach, who really wants to do some good in the real world. Can't fault him for that. He mentioned the 18% high school graduation rate in Indy high schools. If he can help bring up this rate a percent or two, then he's a contributor for the good, no matter what we think of him.

They showed that clip on sportscenter yesterday, of Dungy right after the Superbowl. He said something to the effect of "With Lovie Smith and I making the Superbowl, its not just about us being the first African Americans to win, it's about us being two Christian coaches, proving you can win doing it the Lord's way". I mean how self absorbed are you? And what way was Belichick doing it, Satan's way? He seems to always have a very high opinion of himself and the media just eats it right up.
